Doing yoga ... you are receiving the energy and

of the energy ... for the purpose of serving

Doing Reiki ... you are receiving the energy and
become a vessel and pass the energy to someone
to assist them with whatever they need.

This is my point of view ... developed from reading,
experience and my Reiki Master.

Not quite. Reiki is Earth energy. Kundalini is God's energy - but I
wouldn't call it energy, I'd rather call it "force".
