Hi -

My point of view is that Reiki and Kundalini energy
are the same energy ... it is only how the energy is
focused that makes them seem different.

In Reiki, one is attempting to pass an energy support
to a second party in a non-judgemental facilitating
way ... because the energy is offered for the "highest
good" of the person to which it is passed. The
Practitioner does not attempt to tell the energy where
it should go or what it should do or what part of the
person it is to focus on.

In meditation, Kundalini is experienced simply by
focusing on the energy and experiencing it. In a way
it is like becoming one with God ... or the ALL-THAT-
IS. You are not directing it anywhere ... you are
simply raising your conscious focus to experience
an energy that is present in you all of the time
anyway.

This energy is a vibrational pattern which rises in
it's rate of vibration in either situation. People
who are functioning in a lower vibrational pattern
are going to "react" to the pattern (consciously or
unconsciously) and you/it will feel uncomfortable
to them. Be prepared for that ... it is not something
that you are going to "control" [like you really have
'control' anyway].

You are consciously raising your vibrational pattern
anytime you meditate or any time that you put yourself
through a "consciousness/vibrational" raising (like
the initiation you get when becoming a Reiki Practitioner.

Things and people will change around you when you are
working to raise your vibrational rate ... because you
are letting go of your base (lower vibrational) nature.

approaches, totally different. Kundalini is focused on yourself, dealing
with problems, manifesting problems, learning, solving problems. Reiki
makes place for manifesting Earth's energies. So, basically, Reiki puts
problems away, and Kundalini brings them back on the surface. I don't
think Reiki is of any use to K-awakened people, but I'm not a Reiki
expert.
