Hello again TG: I just looked at my post and felt that it still didn't
clearly answer your questions, so a few more words. I compared my brow
sensation to one of sucking air in when I breathe (inhale) at bedtime---since
that occurs involuntarily it feels like attention, focus and meditation
happen at brow automatically. This happened every night my first year and in
the day also if I focused for a few seconds--a constant sucking in and
pulsation--then it 's seemed to recur more now after my dream. Regarding the
severe physical problems I had after my last retreat with Swami: they were so
bad that I initially couldn't believed they were from k. It wasn't till my
doctor ran alot of tests and through up his hands in total confusion that the
light came on and I realized. It was a scary realization for me because I'd
grown comfortable with k by then--it'd been over 3 yrs, I'd had all kinds of
different side effects and phenomena and thought I knew the full extent of
what it was likely to do to me---it was also unpleasant to face that this had
resulted directly from my work with Swami---but my confidence in him at that
point was such that I figured he could still use his powerful energy to help
resolve any problem that developed. But it was not to be. Hope this answers
