lend him a helping hand

And the world, will be a better place -

just you wait

Dear List,

Woke up a little depressed and angry because of the 3 deaths in
my "family"
this week, & feeling for Cher and OUR loss of Rick.

But this song started playing in my head, and it's been there all
day: "Put
a little love in your heart." I think my friends and family from
Spirit
were sending it to comfort me.

Does anyone know who use to sing this? (Was it Dusty Springfield,
who
recently died?) And if you know this song, would you send us the
rest of the
lyrics? I'm only getting bits and pieces of it, & I think knowing
the rest
of the lyrics would be very healing to us all. Thx in advance.
Love, Michele
