You're right Stephen. I tell my mom to shut up all the time (in my
head). I haven't had a problem identifying "that" voice. She even
showed up in my dreams yelling at me for a while, just standing there,
yelling and yelling. The strange thing is she was having the same
dream (that she was yelling at me). She thought it was Ok though and
refused to stop.

I have only just recently started speaking with her again in real
life, after 6 years that I had to take a breather from her. She has
had to promise to behave, as well as apologize for intentially
stirring up all sorts of trouble. It took her 6 years to do that.
We'll see what happens next.

I'll have to think about those voices, and see if some of them are
other people with their words of "wisdom" hanging around in my head.
