Perhaps you find consolation in the saying "what goes up must come down"
What all the "paths" are about is +knowing who you are+; the bliss of one's
"real nature" is beyond compare but it is a steady, quiet bliss that is the
same whether awake or sleeping, meditating or working. For all "other"
things there is the saying "what has a beginning, will have an end"; if the
fantastic things are taken for real, it will only lead to disappointment.
