Sorry! Here are a couple of definitions:

"involuntary body movement caused by the regular or increased flow of pranic
energy" (prana: the vital energy of the inner or subtle body, the life-force
or shakti) (shakti: The dynamic and creative aspect of the Ultimate
Principle, the power that permeates all creation, the feminine counterpart of

Sanskrit root kri, to do, to act or react

"...kriyas refers to involutary movements which result from the increased life
