I very much recognize the above because i thought for about 20 years i
definitely had MS because of all those nasty symptoms. (Until recently, I
had never heard about Kundalini).
A few months ago, I really got very sick and had to be hospatilised. I went
through numerous examinations but nothing was found. At that time, I
especially had this incredible and at times almost unbearable pressure in
the head. I considered jumping out of a window !
Luckily i didn't do it. All of my physical and mind symptoms have gone and
i never felt so good in my life as i do now ! Incredible blissful feelings
are gradually building up, i have no idea where they come from, but i feel
very very grateful.

i know now that this pressure in the head (and possible all the other
symptoms as well) came from some sort of energy that found a blockage on its
way. the blockage has gone, i know that and i also know that some day near i
will come to a point where i can let everything go and hopefully my mind
will be as empty as the day i was born.
