i recently read in Osho's book ("to drink tea from an empty cup" = my translation) to think for a while in a language that you do know. so i thought in chinese and it works. it blanks your mind because you simply do not know what you are saying so there are no associations. try it. now that i write it down it really makes me laugh but that too is a very good therapy. i also like to share with you all that i have those beatyfull ecstatic feelings that are getting stronger and stronger. where will it end ?
