I suppose free it up. I usually either get "drifty" or even more
hyperactive both of which are K symptoms for me. Sometimes both at
once. Sometimes alcohol seems to have no effect whatsoever on me at
all.

Seems to usually let it flow in a pleasant way.

Well, I once had an awful case of diarrhea when I drank while having
energy out of balance in my guts. Felt like the alcohol threw it
further out of balance. I'm not sure how to say this, but its alcohol
is a "tone" inside my body which resonates with K in different ways- s
sometimes it discords, sometimes it harmonizes, sometimes its "eaten"
by the K sometimes it passes by. I can change this consciously, now.
