I think that it is true that we all have these aspects in ourselves and the
potential to act in these ways. I was taught/learned along the way that it is
when such attributes about someone else *really* bother you it is because it
is something that you don't like about your own present personality. It is a
lesson that you need to learn or an obstacle to hurdle. IMHO if you are
observing these traits in other people without making judgements, then the
trait is not reflecting a trait that is active in your life at the moment.
