Amazon Books has over 40 books on Kundalini, Chakras, K-yoga, also some
tapes.
'just bought"KUNDALINI-Aghora II", by Robert Svoboda. Svoboda is an
Ayurvedic physicianwho has written a triology, this book being the
middle book in triology.He was a student of the Aghori Vimalananda, and
describes Aghora as a "super tantra", a path to the Great Mother Goddess
Kundalini.
The first page of the Forward should sell the book: "one of the most
unusual works in the wonder-filled literature of world religions"."a
work very much of this time, shredding and trampling (love these words)
on universal and almost universal prohibitions..The Aghori sets out to
overcome human limitations by shattering internally every
restraint...and also creating a mind/body that is able to contain
emotional, sensory and other experiences which would consume anyone not
properly prepared." Any readers resonating and or vibrating to this?
"The Aghori, as presented by Vimalanand, must literally and
systematically create a body and subtle bodies with a nervous system
able to explore the levels of consciousness and to tolerate kinds of
intensities of energies which otherwise would result in suffering...
etc." "Access to the necessary esoteric teachings/trainings and above
all to the Goddess" is crucial. "Vimalananda says in this present time
the external forms of spiritual disciplines are of much lesser

he's got that right.
Two years ago, one year after my sorta spontaneous awakening, I was
asked by a Minister form "The Aesclepion Healing Center" in S.F. North
Bay what I wanted to do. Not knowing I didn't have a choice, I responded
saying something like... my whole world has been totally changed, feel
like I've been stomped on, violated,run through my wood chipperbesides
this awakening I've been under psyhic attack for a year, there's a
whole new life, a universe of possibilities out "there" I never knew or
even dreamed of. I'm not turning back or trying to ignore stuff in hopes
iut will go away.
I had a "sorta" spontaneous awakening. When hynotherapists, a
psychotherapist, and psycologist/exorcist couldn't help me.,I prayed to
God for 11/2 days for help/salvation/protection . Shakti seems to be
the answer , literally to my prayers. Is there such a thing as a "White
Knightess"?

It's great to back in the driver's seat again after taking a 3-day break
from the computer! Sorry it took a longer time to respond to this.
Anyways, it's quite interesting you brought it up, because a few hours
after my last post on Friday, I was in meditation, "conversing" with
some wise man, if you will. . . he was talking to me about some stuff
for a while - stuff that I don't remember. After this long discussion,
I finally asked something like, "So when is all this mess going to
stop?". Over the course of a few hours, it was the three of us - him,
me, Magdalene - trying to reach some kind of peace. So it was decided
that basically I was to surrender my needs to her, and she was to make
sure my needs are met. In other words, if I let her do something,
she'll actually do it.
One of the first things she was supposed to do was demonstrate the
difference between submission and surrender. I don't remember it ever
happening, but one thing's for certain: things seem to go a lot better
for me now, and I found it better to give up things gradually. She has
reminded me to do so when it's in best interests.
Cool stuff. Now my stomach is quieter, but when it gets out of line
now, she steps in.
I'm starting to think I'm on the same wavelength with many out there -
if I only knew about these things five years ago. . . :-)

I mentioned in the Nov/Dec '97 issue of Shared Transformation newsletter that
10% of the people we hear from tell us they were diagnosed with CFS or
fibromyalgia before or after they became aware that they were having a
Kundalini awakening. As I wrote in my article on this subject: "CFS can
produce a host of symptoms, chief of which are crushing fatigue, violent
headaches, muscle weakness, widespread musculoskeletal pain, mental confusion,
severe depression, memory loss, inability to concentrate and sometimes a
notable drop in I.Q. Severely afflicted CFS sufferers may spend months or
years bedridden, too exhausted and weak to perform the most simple tasks. CFS
is also called CFIDS (chronic fatigue and immune deficiency syndrome), CEBV
(chronic Epstein-Barr virus syndrome), postviral fatigue, myalgic
encephalomyelitis, chronic mononucleosis and most likely, atypical polio and
atypical MS."
While Kundalini is notorious for producing periods of chronic fatigue-like
pains and exhaustion (sometimes extending for months or years), there does
seem to be an epidemic, contagious form of CFS which ranks in severity with MS
and other destructive neurological diseases. For more information on this, I
highly recommend Hillary Johnson's well researched book, Osler's Web: Inside
the Labyrinth of the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Epidemic.
If may be, as Rick speculates, that most or all cases of fibromyalgia (which
causes similar symptoms as CFS with generally less mental impairment) are the
result of Kundalini. Other clusters of Kundalini symptoms have been
pathologized by doctors/clinicians who don't know what they're dealing with.
Many cases of temporal lobe epilepsy and other seizure disorders seem
Kundalini-related. Kundalini is also frequently misdiagnosed as psychiatric
illness (panic disorder, psychosis, depression, bipolar disorder, etc.).

It's a shocking observation, to realise one day that you are always
wearing such a comprehensive mask that you have never actually shown
your face to the world. I am getting a lot of deep insights at the
moment which I figure is k's doing. Generally that's a good thing but
this really threw me. And unfortunately it is true, so very true.

Sorry but there is not much I can add to your post. I understood everything
you have said in it and I am grateful that you shared this knowledge with
me. I cannot disagree with anything that you have said or add to it. It

Hi Barb:Not weird at all to me. This happens often to me, exactly as
you describe. Funny, often on this line people will describe an
experience that is totally similar to my own, and yet I have never
attempted to describe it to another, so never bother to think how I
might do that. And I guess if you asked me to describe this dimming in
general (like atoms darting in & out in such huge quantities that the
physical scene is diminished) and the light and energetic shadowing of
all objects which accompanies it, I would have struggled with the
words.

Hi Paul,
The generic explanation that many teachers and a 2 Cree shamans gave
me for my feeling tension at base of neck spreading into trap muscles on
either side was that my guide or guides is trying to contact me.
The intensity can range from super gentle warm fuzzies to stabbing
tense deep pain, with several levels in between. Two weeks ago I started
to enter a garage to get some boxes i had put there 4-5 hrs.
earlier.....simulyaneously crown chakra shifted into 5th gear wide open,
trap muscles burning/aching, and hair on both arms was standing on end.
This was a three way warning. The ghost ofa young woman who had
murdered her 2 yr. old daughter and then commited suicide two weeks
earlier was in there(this was the evening of her daughters funeral).
I was there helping my friend an Aunt of the young woman packing
up toys clothes etc. to be sent to the bereaved stepchildren in Oregon.
Suddenly my freind came running into the familyroom sayingsomeone was
shaking the the garage door(doulbe car garage). There was no one
outside, we bothe started to enter the garage when I
had my "3-way"warning.
Sooooo Paul, on that overworkd scale of 1 to 10, where is
your muscle tension??

spontaneously this evening I saw a brilliant blue aura around my right
arm for about half a second.
