Hi.

Just thought I'd offer some calmer reflections on yesterdays outburst.

Things coming to light are that life is illusion. I was starting to
touch on this in the times when I felt that I was seeing the immediate
environment with the feeling that it had always been in my life and
always would be. The complicated structure that pretends that the
differences between things matter, is illusion. It's the experience of
having been born, that you wake up and you exist too much. I know that
cus I wake up to it every day. Perhaps for the first time I am seeing
what all those references about being attached to worldly life and the
whole wheel or rebirth and stuff is all about in reality. It was only
a theory for me before that.

I notice also the strange relationship between the different concepts
of time. There is the spacetime continuum of existence in which it
seems that things are linear in a straight line, that one thing
follows another in cause-effect fashion. And there's the big
suggestion that you're meant to be striving after some finite goal,
some point on the timeline, and that getting there is for the first
time. But the concept of time in the eternal is totally different to
that, in that you experience having always been there and there being
no start or finish to your being there. And that totally goes against
the chronological time thing.

I kind of have a better idea of the task ahead now, what actually is
going on, that there is actually such a thing as all these wierd
states that people talk about. Finding it for yourself is really good.
The whole issue of memory is another thing that surprised me, just how
much `life' as I know it is formed entirely from memory. All the
relationships a person has in life, all associations and familiarities
and ways of doing things, all a bunch of crap really. The illusionary
counterpart to self illumination seems to be the paranoia of self-
consciousness. The suggestion that the thing I am familiar with is not
even something that is really there, is quite shocking. The idea that
all the people in my life that feel like enemies are simply appearing
as such because of my own memory, it's quite something. I perceive
that everyone I ever knew is dead and suddenly I feel released and
there are these people walking about but I don't know them. It's quite
hard though sustaining it when the memory is so strong, but it's
coming along nicely. And then in that state of living in the present
and having seen none of it before it's like you really stand alone,
you're totally on your own completely individual. Feels really nice.

:-)

Angelique,

What do you prefer that I call your name as?

Amen. Just got in touch with this notion myself. That thing that I
heard people refer to as `eternal life', actually becoming in some way
feasible. Maybe if us humans are the perfection of God's creation
(IF!), then perhaps we are designed to be alive in the moment and know
no time and no ceasing of the functioning of the body (shall we say).

ourselves the breather?

This is quite revolutionary.

Now [and] forever. :-)

I agree. Although I view thought more along the lines of past and
future being the same thing - a distance away from the present. A
while back I was having problems with some stuff from my past and i
felt it was behind me, you know, sort of where you think the past is.
But in the same way this thing was a hurdle and that hurdle was in
front of me. So I figured future and past were the same thing. In so
doing I saw the past was in front of me and so I put it behind me, all
of it, so there wa no longer that duality, and suddenly I had new
freedom :-)

Hi Kristen...

So glad to hear you are feeling better these days and getting back to your
love of skiing.

As I was reading this last post of yours, it sounded like the SAME words you
used while working on facing your fears recently of your past growing up
issues.

You wrote: I don't want to be injured again, or go through that pain again,
(and be taken away from my skiing.) I have to get past it, cause with it
right now, I am not
helping myself at all. I only want to go up and not down.

Seems to me that you have projected those fears onto your skiing. Once aware
of that (if it is true and I'm sure it is), you may find facing the fear of
skiing much easier than those of the past knowing (with this awareness) that
if you face one, you face them all.

Go for last place while starting out again instead of #1 being the best -
much less pressure and serves the same purpose.

Just Do It! I know you can.....

Much Love,
xxxtg

On this pronunciation thing, when kundalini first arrived on the scene
for me I had absolutely no references to it except a few small text
files I had aquired which only made fleeting references. Seeing the
word written "kundalini" I just read it as "koun-der-leany". More
emphasis towards "uh" than "oh" at the start. Not that it really
matters anyway.

But I was wondering, what is the correct pronunciation of laughter?
hehe.

Goddess told me I am nameless, coz She is nameless and I am She. So what
looks like a name is actually a description of a mystical energy, that is
me manifest in illusions of reality.

Yes. Truly, we have never felt Eden. It always was a place that shaped
itself to our thoughts and desires.. but humans desire some pretty odd
stuff, in these times. The apple: choice to experience duality. The Serpent
was sent to show the way home, when duality gets stale, and students become
ready.
We have redecorated Eden so much, we don't recognise the place anymore.
It has never stopped being perfect, tho.
>> The breath is the moment:

All automatic functions of the body, are handled by the unconscious. The
unconscious does not experience the ego-separation from Divinity that the
conscious mind does.. that is why intuition comes thru the unconscious.
Itzak Bentov said "We are the transmitters of thought, not it's
originators". Everything comes from Goddess. The thoughts that float to the
surface of the ego, come from the unconscious. The unconscious is the
opposite gender of the body, and the male-fem balancing of Kundalini is the
unification of conscious and unconscious.. Mending the separation and
discovering we are Divine.

It is.. boggles my mind, but I have had some time to get used to the
idea, since the formula first came thru the heart voice of someone I was
working with.
Immortality is dangled as the carrot for any number of Yogas, but rarely
attained.. but there are tales of immortals living in the far East.. Babaji
is probably the best known one, but since he is scarcely physical, he is
seldom seen. This state is called "diamond body. Immortal, invulnerable.
I sometimes feel that my own body is light, covered in a layer of skin..
so I think I am coming to understand more of the mechanism. Matter and
energy are the same, and as the "heavy" memories of physical limitations
are cleared from the energy body then the physical, we begin spending more
time as energy, than physical.. till we get to the point where we have
released all of the limiting ideas of physical existence, and can choose to
be either. We realize that all of matter is simply energy, which is shaped
by thought. So walking on water becomes no big deal..

>I agree. Although I view thought more along the lines of past and
>future being the same thing - a distance away from the present.
They only exist in the Now. No distance, except thru perceptions. The
past is as changeable as the future. All potentialities exist at once.

You instinctively did a time line clearing. Go back in time, mentally,
to 15 minutes before any event. (Pay attention, Kirsten..:) ) In this way,
you put the event into the future.. then relive the event, from that point,
or observe it from a distance knowing what you know now, and the emotional
content goes poof. In your mind, the event is relived, but the negative
regrets are not recreated.. since the past only exists in memory, you
change the memory of your thoughts about what was happening, and the past
shifts to accommodate.
Blessings, Mystress.

  Huh.. want lessons, eh? OK.
Start by observing energy streaming between your fingers in a dim room.
Hold your hands up with the fingers pointing towards each other, about 3
inches apart. Look past your fingers so your focus in on something beyond
them, and eventually with your unfocused peripheral vision, you will notice
what looks like smoke streaming from fingertips of one hand to the other..
this is the life energy circulating.
You probably learned something like this in Martial Arts.. to expand your
peripheral vision by not looking at anything in particular. Taking in
everything at a glance without looking at anything in particular, at all.
Then go outside, and look at the air around a tree.. not at the tree
itself. First you will see the dancing sperm shapes of prana squiggles, and
then something will happen and it will seem like a retinal afterimage of
the tree, a blue glow surrounding it and streaming off the top.
After this you might sometimes notice you are getting a retinal blue haze
around somebody's head when the light is not bright enough to explain it,
and you will sometimes see a thin white glow around the body. The vision
improves, with practice.. colors and patterns of the whole aura will come,
with time.. but also pay attention to images appearing in the "mind's eye".
When I am looking at someone and checking out their energy patterns,
looking for blockages, mostly I see it in my mind's eye, I "know" what is
going on inside without actually seeing it with my physical eyes. I am an
artist, and I prefer to know the colors of things as they are, not the
colors of the energy they radiate. People with green faces look weird.
This is more useful and versatile, because it is not limited by distance,
or needing to actually have the person there in front of you to look at.
Colors look different for different people, they may not meant the same
to your vision, as a book might say.. but also remember you are looking
thru your own aura, at theirs. Colored glasses.
Of course, the other way to learn, is by grace of Shakti.. heh heh..

Shaktizap online, anyone? Wanna open yer third eye?
Close your eyes and think of me. Imagine I am in front of you, smiling..
(My Higher Self will show up for this.)
I reach out with my index finger and gently tap the center of your
forehead.. you feel the tap shoot right thru and out the back of your head,
sparking light in the center of your brain, at the pineal gland. This light
expands bigger than your head.
So mote it be, if it is in your highest good and for the Good of All, as
Goddess wills.
  Blessings, Mystress.

Hi K-List Members

Whew! I just finished browsing the 200+ messages in my box! You've had some great conversations while I was away. I particularly enjoyed A Burning Question, and the Aging thread,

My $.02:

1. Aging happens when we think we know so much that we close our minds and cannot learn more. Rebirth defeats that process because the memories are gone (temporarily) and learning can resume. An open mind, eagerness to embrace new concepts, and ability to let go of old lessons in favor of higher truths are key to remaining youthful.

Personally, I've been working hard on this one, because it is a flaw I have identified in myself. Lessons from the astral plane were not learned, because I was unwilling to let go of ingrained concepts. Cause and effect, the slower vibrational process of physical existence, slows down these lessons, until we can "get it". A year here seems to be about a day in the astral, light plane.

I feel I must be improving, because I have been permitted to retain some memories. Why is it I can see now what a fool I have been.

2. A burning question. I have noticed Kundalini rising can and often does mimick the symptoms of sexual arousal. I agree that engaging in sexual intercourse or practices directs this energy improperly; it is not sex with man or woman, it is making love with God. Every part of the body has its spiritual counterpart, and multiple uses. Are not the eyes also windows to the soul? Does our heart pour love out upon those we cherish, or merely pump blood. When meditation leads to ecstasy, and physical vibrations pulse through our bodies, we have connected with the Divine and are feeling the Universal Love. The best thing to do is love it back .
Missed you all. My vacation was great! On the day I left, I woke up knowing that "I know nothing!" It was beautiful! I felt freed.

Love & Light!

Cathy

kristin i think u shouldn't worry abt whether u r number 1 or not but just
concentrate on skiing better and skiing in the sense of real sportsperson.
U must be doing this but thought i will point it out if u r not doing it.

u know i used tp play carrom pretty well. Than all of a sudden something
went wrong. i was no longer playing any better. I gave it up and let it
not bother me ( don't know if that was right). I used to play just for the
sake of it though i used to feel bad abt not performing good. I used to
try hard and hard to play better but things didn't used to be fine as they
earlier were. Now after a gap of some three years i saw myself again
playing good. May it was due to meditation for my attention got focussed
somewat and that i was high in spirit for i was in a kund of love with
someone. At times i do console myself saying once i used to a kid who used
to play even worse than this than can't i stand u again to that. Sure I
can and go for it.

The only thing like that I recall seeing is this: if I'm outdoors when
there's a thunderstorm over part of the sky, I can look around at the sky
until I see a place where there are little colorless dots jumping around -
like little bubbles popping or maybe like cellular activity - and that's
the place where the most electricity is, where the lightning flashes next.
Can you tell me what I'm seeing?

So, here's my report from my ghostly encounter.

I was all set to go over to my friend's house on Wednesday, sage in hand
along with sage advice from many list members...and my friend chickened
out. She left the house!

Wednesday night, I let it go. Last night I decided that as I was taking
a bath in epsom salt and sage oil that maybe I could safely help the
ghost transition right from where I was.

The name "Bob" came to mind as I called my ghostly guy. I closed my eyes
and felt his energy near. As I allowed myself to be with him, I realized
that he was very attached to a way of life that has passed him by and so
in need of love and understanding. I allowed him to enter my heart. Felt
funny, kinda crowded. I wanted to send him on, but he was so panicky at
the thought that I chuckled and let him enjoy the feeling of a heart
connection for a while.

I assured him that he was very loved and that there was a place that he
belonged in now, and it wasn't here with me. I told him that his angels
and guides were near and they wanted to bring him to this place. As I
spoke to him, heart to heart, I felt him release the fear a bit. It was
enough to be able to send him on his way.

I thought of Angelique's ghosty canoe and called her and her friends to
pick up their passenger. Then I called to my angels and his and asked
them to escort him to the canoe. I opened my arms and tried to envision
him releasing through my crown chakra, but instead, it felt more like he
left through the front of my chest, neck and face. It was like he was
pulled from my reclining body.

As I lie in bed later that night, I realized that old Bob had been
lingering around on the early plane because he was waiting for me. I
wasn't there to help him. He was there to help ME!

Just like Bob, I've had such an attachment to the way I want things to
be and have been very resistant to the life that my spirit and the
divine have been preparing for me. Clinging, clinging, clinging.

Something happened over the past 24 hours. Maybe it's just a temporary
thing, who knows, but I feel that somehow I've seen with my own eyes the
benefit of letting in love and letting go of fear. A beautiful,
wonderful life has been awaiting me if I would just stop all the
clinging.

Was it real? I can't be certain that what I did experience was a ghost.
But I do know that what I experienced was very real and very important
for me to realize.

It's just so much easier when we let it all go and know that the details
are handled. Put out our intentions and let it go. Our soul, our angels,
and the divine have it taken care of! Isn't that fabulous! No need to
struggle. No need to use our will. Just let it go and enjoy the ride.
Weeeeee!

Nancy

PS: Thanks, Bob, wherever you are, for being there for me.

Hi.

One of the most beautiful, intimate thing I have ever written, just
got `accidentally' erased. ;-)

Going somewhere, all on my own.
