I wrote this post a few days ago.. then went.. oops it's 16k already... :0
..and I didn't even address the subject... so I've been sitting on it...
this post might fit better under the Pranayama yin yang ding dang dong
debate.. I am feeling that some folks will find it useful or interesting
information.. or just a good yarn about magic... here goes...
I used to "story tell" much more than I have time for, these days..
kinda miss it, how 'bout you..?
(To address the subject, I think everybody oughta be awakened, but some
folks don't want it, OK Cool.)

I am astonished and delighted to see the bandwidth problem has vanished
overnight. Poof. Gone. Thank you all so very much!!
Y'all completely outdid my expectations.. and I tend to "aim high".
We have gone from 5 or 6 digests a day to 1 or 2...
The "Posting Guidelines" are working and I will incorporate them into the
new K-list intro for new members joining.

What I am seeing instead is folks apologizing for posting.. oops. Didn't
mean to get gestapo on you.. sorry.. this is a place for expression, not
repression.. so I'll "break the ice" with this enormous post. LOL!

Each digest is max. 32k.. I have it in mind that if we can keep traffic
down to 2 digests most days knowing some days it will spill into 3, we will
still have a manageable amount of communication, without inhibiting
expression quite so much that folks feel a need to apologize.. Oy.

This is funny.. I was teaching my slave lecher about this on the weekend.
I address it when it comes up one-on one, in my work but it never occurred
to me to write about it before..

The key to losing weight by breath, is not so much the breathing, but
that to facilitate the breathing requires perfect posture, and perfect
posture is a whole-body isometric workout... which is Goddess designed to
perfection.
Very few folks have perfect posture, unless they are involved in yoga,
martial arts or modeling. Posture is not taught in most places as
rigorously as it once was.. and emotionally stressful life events can
impress themselves upon our bodies and pull us out of balance, like the
stooped shoulders of pain or grief.. weights we carry that make us old.
Remember Rocky 4? I was cheering for the big Russian.. coz Dolph Lundgren
is a hunky genius world champion kick boxer with incredible posture and
grace, while Sly Stallone looks like a Gorilla from too much weightlifting.
.. and I like blondes better...:)

   K. likes to travel a straight line up your spine.. so straighten your
spine.. increase your life energy.

Might be best to story tell about a lesson rather than by simply offering
one....

My slave lecher is a big fella.. one of these big self-conscious shy
giants who has never quite "grown into" his body. They usually get tall
quickly, and folks start treating them as adults when they still feel
themselves to be kids.. so it stunts their internal growth.
He has only just begun to learn to feel, because he had shut down much of
his senses as a result of some self-protecting "limiting decisions" made
when he was younger that he had forgotten till spirit moved me to pull them
out for re-examination..
My initial efforts at improving his posture by direction were rather
futile, which gave me a measure of the weight of emotional blockages were
holding him bondage. He did not feel his body enough to feel when it was
straight. It was held curved numb around some old hurts, and we had been
gradually clearing them out, as they came up in the course of events..
Life is what happens when you are busy making other plans.. I trust that
and so keep my focus on having fun, and out of the fun comes the growth
anyways. Follow yer bliss..
He grew about 5 inches taller in the last 10 days, because of a
correction in posture, most of it last weekend.. most of my house has 8
foot ceilings.. he did not used to be able to touch them, now he can press
both thumbs against the ceiling. he used to clomp around here with a
resonant noise that made all the floors shake.. I asked him to walk more
quietly, which resulted in an odd slow moving tippy toeing movement that
was not what I had in mind.. I watched this performance with some
amusement, but without comment coz it was clear he was doing his very best.
At Beltane, I ended up in an offering of "acts of love and pleasure" with
my slaves lecher and druid, and a pagan couple I know. lecher was new to
such a situation, kind of shy and so I bade him sit in a corner of the tent
to observe and to amuse the other revellers including myself with an erotic
tale. I kept a portion of my mind on observing him, whilst the rest of me
was engaged elsewhere, occasionally interrupting my play to coach him..
which was helping not at all, he was in a place of ego-isolation from the
present, when he has the ability to become of one mind with us all.. the
complete unselfconsciousness of Tantric unity..
he struggled to please me, but seemed stuck and so I looked within him to
the resistance he struggled against and shaped a "sound focus" blast of a
single short sharp sound of energy that flew across the tent with an impact
that threw him back against the canvas shuddering and gasping, breaking
thru the wall of self consciousness he had built around himself and
shattering the blockage under his ribs that was inhibiting him.
I observed the bits of blockage floating off upwards, put the process on
"auto pilot" with a telepathic suggestion to his unconscious.. I told him
to be quiet and tune in on the group, and keep his crown chakra open. Then
I returned my attention to what I had been doing.. when he had regained
himself enough to speak again, he thanked me warmly for the gift. :)

I learned to do this from Goddess, grey aliens proving a point about Puff
the Magic Dragon, and the novel Dune.. if we can dream it, we can become
it.. :)
This Saturday he was again at my feet, and I asked him to tell me of the
aftereffects of the blast. He said he had felt a little fuzzy for a day or
so, processing, but after that had felt like he had lost 20 pounds and
gotten taller.. and he had noticed an abundance of energy, moving around
seemed so much easier that he had spent all of Friday walking around
downtown just enjoying the sensation.
How perfect.. exactly what I had wanted, thankyou Goddess!
I explained to him how the blast had broken thru some resistance, and how
resistance shows up in the body by making things harder. The arm of a
hypnotized person will seem to float up weightless.. that is because the
arm is moved by the unconscious, which knows exactly how to perfectly
balance the muscles for effortlessness.
Normally, (in the average person) resistance interferes with perfection,
and so the muscles are working against each other, in an inefficiency of
struggle which is the opposite of a Zen state. As the resistance is
eliminated from the ego, movement becomes easier, lighter.. en-light-ened.
This zen-of-movement is also how a 98lb. Mother can lift a 2 ton truck to
save her child. She is not thinking of her limitations in that moment.
Likewise, posture so improves the flow of life energy in the body that
the body actually feels lighter. Breathing properly takes in a lot more
oxygen, and is naturally grounding.
He commented that he had felt all week, like the internal list of
"should's" and goal/expectations he had set for himself really didn't
matter anymore.. the future was wide open and his previous goals had been
set by someone who didn't believe he deserved anything better.. he felt
free.. except for a shadow.. so I inhaled a power breath and aimed it
curving around him to fall on his "shadow".. his unconscious issues to
clear what needed clearing and empower the message it was trying to
communicate.. it was bringing things up, for him to give permission for
them to be released. He shuddered.. I did it again and he reported his
feminine unconscious self seemed to be having orgasms..

he also wanted to know how I had done it.. and how it is that I can blow
on him, (or any of my slaves) and make such dramatic changes in his energy
body that his knees go weak and he has to sit down and enjoy the glow.. and
how every time I do it it feels different.
Because his "slave training" is to enhance his role, and hidden talents
as a teacher, healer and leader, I told him. Now I tell you.

The differences come in the many uses for energy, and the many shapings
of the intention of spirit. It starts with posture.. a straight spine to
keep the channels clear in the inhale of energy. If I do it when I am not
sitting straight my neck and back make little cracking noises.. tho I was
semi-reclined when I blasted lecher... but supported coz there was lots of
available magic in that tent already.

Most folks who spend much time at a desk tend to get a desk slouch.. neck
and shoulders crooked forward, lower ribs collapsed into protruding belly,
and weight resting n the back of the pelvic bones.. breathing limited to
the top of the chest, shallow.
To make use of the power of the breath, it is first necessary to
understand the physical mechanisms of the breath in the body, and the
energy flow of posture...
Start by scooting your butt all the way back in the chair.. this changes
the tilt of your pelvis, and you may immediately notice that the grounding
energy comes in thru the stable triangle of bone that is the pelvic floor,
much more readily when the pubic bone is tilted downwards to take some of
the weight.
Moving to the top: roll your head around until it seems to balance
weightless on your neck.. to achieve this may require straightening your
shoulders, pulling them up and letting them roll around and back to fall
into a more balanced position.. which will tend to pull the chest outwards,
so bend over the back of the chair and stretch back, and stick out the
bottom of your ribs as much as possible, breathing deeply into the bottom
of your ribs, and feel your stomach muscles go naturally in and up, ...
This is their natural position, and they are meant to be held lightly
inwards and upwards, to support your breathing, and upper body. Breathe
like this for a moment, and feel how your breath seems to go all the way
down into your pubic bone, where the muscles attach. Bring yourself up to
balance, maintaining awareness of the stomach and lower ribs moving.
balance the triangle of your pelvis, and you may become aware of the
muscles wrapping around above your hips.. where "love handles" appear..
feel how these muscles work to hold your upper body, and know that sitting
up straight is an all-day isometric toning exercise to make love handles
slowly disappear.
Notice your breathing in this position,, you should be aware of the
bellows like action of your lower ribs expanding with each breath, and be
able to get a full breath easily.
If you cannot, then take a moment to stand up and bend over as if to
touch your toes (move slowly to make sure all this heavy breathing hasn't
made you so dizzy you pass out.. thump.. ow..) but instead spread your
fingers over the lower part of the sides of your ribs, and breathe deeply.
Feel the bellows expanding in every direction. Come up again slowly to your
maximum height, and feel the bellows movement still.. and the stomach
muscles pulling in and up, to support each deep breath. try different ways
of breathing until it seems to fall into a natural balance.
If after that, you still feel like you cannot get a full breath, you may
be in need of chiropractic adjustment, or have a blockage you are curled
around the pain of, the muscles are held tight with old memories.. or
both.. remember, I'm not a doctor..

Learning to sing, in university I was taught the mechanism of something I
was doing already.. it is called "rib reserve breathing".
The technique it to expand the ribs fully in a deep breath, and then hold
a note without allowing the ribs to contract. The exhale comes instead from
the stomach muscles pushing upward, the expanded ribs providing resonance
to the sound like a guitar body or drum. The reason it is called "rib
reserve" is that collapsing the ribs slowly to extend the end of the note
is using a "reserve" bit of air that is still held in.
We also did something called "vocal dives", rising slowly from the very
bottom of our range to the highest note we could reach, and all the way
back down in a single long breath. I have since found that doing a "vocal
dive" with mindfulness, it becomes an interesting sound focus for
grounding. The lowest note comes from the center of the planet, the highest
reaches my higher self, and it tunes up all the chakras in between on the
way up with the power of sound vibration.
The crescendo at the end of "A day in the life" can have the same
effect.. and I finish like it does, with a more neutral vibration
continuing off the end of the record.
Other faves for raising a good vibe with sound are the "windup" at the
beginning of the Eurythmics "I love to listen to Beethoven", and the train
starting up at the beginning of Bowie's "station to Station".

When I breathe in an energy breath, I am breathing completely and
effortlessly right down into the belly, but I am also inhaling energy from
the grounding cords above and below.. inhaling prana from the air.. K-fire
from the planet.. the air coming into my lungs is being "Charged" by the
alchemy of the heart chakra, of all the centers, depending on the
intention.. the intention is where the power of shaping the energy's
purpose on the exhale comes in.
I must have it myself, or get it from spirit to communicate it.. so I
might breathe in joy, or love, or courage.. from wherever.. or simply
breathe, not thinking but letting Goddess provide whatever is needed, in
Her wisdom. Usually I will leave my intentions a little sketchy.. K-fire is
intelligent energy. I keep my intentions minimal to give it room to move
unrestricted by my shortsighted limitations.

If I am taking in a breath with the intention of using it to ground
someone, first I must be grounded myself to collect the energy, (which I
normally am so no biggie) which I am imaging as pure white light,
unconditional love, sometimes tinged with violet flame to purify fear..
I blow it out in an upwards motion, starting below their feet, imaging it
as a laser beam that first touches the fiery crystal core of the planet,
then flows upwards and thru their centres like a laser beam-roto-rooter
clearing all the chakras, finishing above their head, the energy going up
to higher self pulling the whole current with it in it's wake, along with
the debris of blockages..
I leave it up to their own higher self to send the energy back down as it
sees fit, that message being carried along with the imprint of the intention.

I suspect this is likely related to stories of how some Masters could
shatter a stone or kill a fig tree by yelling at it, but in my experience
it's effectiveness is limited by the power of free will, to those who
surrender to it. I have never tried to use it as a weapon. In my
experience, the power of the Guru is fueled by the surrender of the chela.
"By your faith are you healed".

As I showed lecher, I do not need to blow on him to change his energy, I
can do it simply by visualization.. because his unconscious is guiding his
surrender to me and will accept my telepathic suggestions.. but the
physicality of blowing gets his attention to surrender more effectively
than telepathic suggestion alone. It's more fun.. :)
I also demonstrated how by telepathic suggestion/control of his energy I
can put him to sleep, wake him up, make him horny, make him laugh with joy.

The movement of the charged energy of intention is not limited to the
movement of the molecules of the air.. I blew a kiss to someone on the list
awhile ago, and I have blown energy over the telephone, thru walls..
Thought-word-deed= magic.. The act of charging air with intention and
blowing it out into the universe is the deed that gives greater power to
the thought, which is limitless.

Cool, eh? but yeah, when this power really starts to kick, mindfulness of
the power of thought becomes a dire necessity.. especially if there are
some who have surrendered their power to you whom you can affect. Since
logic cannot see the full ripples of any action, spreading into infinity,
so the energy must be sent "for the good of all and harm to none".. let
Goddess handle the ripples.

Ahh,... where was I? Oh yes, posture..
My fave trick from modelling was feeling the very top of your head, where
the quadrants of bone meet right on top.. grab a lock of hair from there,
(if you don't have hair you have to fake it) and imagine that it is
connected to a balloon that is taking almost all of your weight and holding
you up. Feel it lifting you.
Do this standing up. Be careful you are pulling straight up, not forwards
or back..
Pull yourself up by the hair, shake yourself around, until you feel the
tall place of perfect balance.. head to hips.. breathe deeply feeling your
ribs expand and lift.. then walk.
Gravity's effect, lessened by a balloon of thought that is a signal to
the unconscious to move the body differently.. with balance.
lecher was amazed to find he felt so light on his feet as if his heels no
longer needed to touch the ground.. and commented how the hardwood wasn't
squeaking under his 200+lb step anymore.. and how suddenly all the
furniture seemed lower and he hadn't needed to bend down to touch the back
of the couch before.. big grin like a kid with a new toy.. his own body..
freed to move lightly and with grace upon the Earth.
Humans are so miraculous.. my slaves are my finest works of art.. I see
God in them, where they see stone, and like Michelangelo's description of
how he carved David.. Take away that which is not divine: their negative
self-judgments, and bring their inner perfection out, and there they are...
Blessed be.. thanks for your patience. Mystress.

I have experienced pain as an either completely neutral or
neutral/pleasurable sensation. I haven't quite got the hang of experiencing
all pain that way, but I'm working on it... I suspect that all sensations
of all kinds are like that - "just sensations" and in a cosmic sense
meaningless. Or rather, they exist only for their own sake.

I suspect that pain is actually a kind of over-stimulation. I've found that
when walking barefoot over a rough surface (gravel, rocks, concrete with
pebbles, etc.), walking too fast causes my feet pain. When I walk more
slowly and relax and really feel the ground with my feet and take it slow, I
experience fairly intense sensations in my feet. But it isn't pain and it
isn't unpleasant, even though my feet might get blistered afterward.

>Do brain explosions have anything to do with chakras?

I wouldn't be surprised, but I don't know anything about that for sure. (In
fact, the only thing that I do know for sure is that I exist.)

Thank you for the informations, that is more like what I wanted to find
out. I would suppose it uses manipura pranic system to channel energy. Is
there any experience on what happens when system is purified enough to
switch from pranic flows to vajra (visuddha cakra)? In my experience low
level pranic system (prana vayus pumped by the solar plexus) is replaced
with electric blue energy (vajra) of much higher vibration. It is quite
possible to breathe vajra through the throat and thus synthesize all the
things necessary for the proper funcitioning of the body. The strange thing
is that I still needed to drink water, but no food whatsoever. The
experience of my students who went through the same process was the same.
But then as purification of ajna cakra took place the whole thing came back
to the manipura energy, at least on the surface, I think vajra overrides it
on a deeper level somewhere.
Sorry for the digression, but I think the pranayama subject is a bit used
up. :)

Dear Beloved List,

I just recieved word that my father had open heart surgery last night.
I will not be able to go see him because he lives so far away.

The operation was a success and he is doing well but this has hit me and
the family pretty hard. My dad has not been a patient in a hospital
since he was born (pretty good for somebody who is 72 :)).

I would appreciate all the love and energy and good will you can send
our way.

With much gratitude,
Susan

Krsna's at the diningroom table laughing at the look on my face, while
Mother K is at the window taking down my drapes in a none-too-gentle
manner. Her mouth bristles with drapery pins.

"What *are* you doing?" I object, "I didn't ask for any renovations!"

She shoots Krsna a pointed glance. He acknowledges it with another gale of
laughter and puts his hand over his mouth because I'm glaring at him. He
looks at me as if to say, "I'm sorry, but you did ask for it" and I can
tell he's still grinning under his hand.

"I *didn't* ask for any renovations" I repeat, but I don't say it as loudly
this time. Then pouty, "Those drapes were expensive".

The last corner of the drapery pops off the rod, billowing spiderwebs, dust
and a dead lightning bug. She balls them up and stuffs them in my arms.
Opens my palm and fills it with the pins. "Ow!" Some of them stick. Looking
at me for the first time, she commands, "Throw this away."

Great story! I can't stop grinning in recognition!
