Jan says:

As the list turned to the technicalities of K., I have some questions that
couldn't be answered by people that were experts in spirituality but not
on
K. so I hope, for the experts on K. they are a breeze. K. has to be brought
to Sahasrara Chakra for the union to take place. As by intuition I had
developed a most effective method, there were no problems even without
knowing what was going on.... What amazed me, that after the bliss of the
union and another event, to my utter amazement K. was back again at the
Root-center. Bringing K. up to Sahasrara was hard work this time, but it
could be done. So I wasn't too surprised, that the process had to be
repeated another time but now it was very hard. From the start of being
conscious of K. I could feel the Nadis, Chakras and the "tension" on both
Nadis and the Chakras. My questions are:
1) Nowhere in literature did I come across the fact that after the (bliss
of) union K. has to be brought up two more times - is there any explanation
?

KK: I think that getting a common sense of kundalini operating within the
various cakras is a good aim of this group. In my limited experience, if
kundalini is at the sahasrara for even a second then one will experience
the entire universe as merged in one's own omnipresent awareness. Is that
your experience?

There are a tremendous variety of prana-related experiences at all cakras,
including the sahasrara. One may even have a significant amount of prana
lodged in the sahasrara - this will certainly enhance your experience. Then
you may have ``melted the white drop'' at the sahasrara, and this will lead
to a great bliss and a tremendous sense of love and compassion. Still this
is not quite the same as kundalini lodged at the sahasrara.

I would be less than straightforward if I didn't say that IMHO kundalini is
likely to rise from the root cakra to the crown 1000's perhaps millions of
times before it is fully established there.

Dan says: I said no, because to limit god to Kundalini would be disservice to
all that is, was and will be.

KK says:
The schools of Shaivism descended from the Shiva Sutras divide kundalini into:
Prana kundalini - the active kundalini that animates the body
Cit kundalini- the kundalini as active in universal consciousness
Para kundalini - the universal cosmic kundalini, the source of all

I expect most of you will find God in there some where.

Perhaps more relevantly to the discussion. As List Mystress so ably demonstrates, Goddess worshippers have more fun!

Michele: I'm w/Joe--you NEVER know where the next great idea will come from.
I think people have gotten the message to snip better, write Subject headings
more aptly, and post nonrelevant topics privately. Postings are much
improved! Another option would be to create, say, 10 standard subject
headings for this one list--for example, Yoga/Meditation, Chakras, k-
Phenomena, k-Symptoms, k-Poetry, k & Spiritual Astrology, k-Events, Other (to
lump various sundry topics together), etc. Not interested? Simply hit Delete
key. (With the number of postings down, this should be quick & easy to do.)

Joe: Haven't we all benefited in some way from some way out goofy idea that
we'd never have any interest in, and certainly never sign up for if it
were posted on one of the goofy ones of the three or four lists?

....Guess what!.... those will still be on each of the "baby K-lists" in ...
you'll just have access to fewer ideas overall so the same percentage of
"junk" will be on a smaller information base.

Re: Yoga Journal... I decided the majority was not at all what I wanted, but
I didn't want to give up the good parts to avoid it. I still subscribe.

Hello Mary,

:How far out? :-) Seriously, I wonder if too much energy can go too far out,
:up there. Leave the system altogeher, instead of recycling/fountaining back
:down?

Depends on the system you identify with... The fountain may go all around
the "universe" before it comes back to what you call you.

:I used to try to send all the energy up and out, finally got the impression
:there was a little parasite creature sitting up there eating it all....
:Threw him out, closed teh crown chakra, started recycling the energy ...
:much better.

As you know, our fear is only what limits us out there, and i would even
say, that our deep subconscious fear or attachements is what bring the
sensation of "energy moving".

"Energy" is everywhere, no need to recycle it. But we do have our own fears
to deal with. My body still fear a car when it cross the road :-)
