FULL MOON LUNAR APPULSE CHART
FOR PLANET EARTH
Tonight's Full Moon at 11:34 pm EST (or March 13, 4:34 am GMT) will be a
lunar appulse; that is, a penumbral eclipse in which the Moon will enter
the earth's penumbra but not the umbra. What follows is information on the
horoscope of the Full Moon in regard to its meaning for the planet Earth.

A horoscope is a map of the solar system (sometimes showing some stars) at
a particular moment in relation to a particular spot on Earth. This chart
is different. It ignores longitude and latitude and shows how the eclipse
will influence the planet as a whole.
We don't have a natal or birth horoscope for the Earth itself, but I've
been told to use an Ascendant of 18 Taurus for charts for the Earth. So
when I do a chart for the Earth, the first house always begins at 18
Taurus. The Sabian symbol for that degree is:

"TAURUS 18 (EARTH): A NEW CONTINENT RISING OUT OF THE OCEAN.
"KEYNOTE: The surge of new potentiality after the crisis.
"The 'technique' is simple: TO ALLOW the infinite Potential to operate in
unconstrained SPONTANEITY. This means to have reached a state in which the
conscious, rational ego is no longer a controlling factor."
This is a transit chart; it shows where the planets will be at the moment
of the Full Moon, which is an opposition of the Sun and Moon. There's no
up or down, because it isn't done for any one place on Earth. All it shows
is where the planets will be, what patterns they will make, and what houses
of the Earth's chart they will be in.
The chart is circular; imagine the Earth in the center. The pattern drawn
in the center circle shows the aspects the planets make to each other;
usually the pattern shows us a great deal. The major pattern is still the
close concentration of planets. All except the Moon are in one portion of
the sky spanning 151 degrees, and most of them are bunched in three signs.
This is extremely unusual, and it's one reason so many people have
predicted unusual things for this period.
But the Moon forms two patterns across the center of the chart, an easy
opposition and a Finger of Fate.
When a planet is conjunct, square or opposite a fixed star or other
heavenly body, its force is greatly magnified by the force coming from
farther out. Every planet in this chart has such contacts with the stars!
The Full Moon is the culmination or climax of the monthly cycle. Energies
are higher, and it's the best time of the month to meditate. In this chart
the SUN at 22 degrees of Pisces opposes the MOON at 22 degrees of Virgo.
Sun and Moon in a chart show male and female, outer self and inner self,
the basic energy of the chart and the capacity to distribute the energies.
The Sun is in the sign of Pisces the Fish, which is ruled by Neptune and
may show sensitivity, illusion/delusion or inspiration from the
unconscious, psychic/spiritual gifts/activity, hidden or occult things,
etc. And Sun is in the 11th house of group consciousness, hope, wishes,
and dreams, the natural house of Aquarius, sign of the new age.
"PISCES 22 (SUN): A "MATERIALIZING" MEDIUM GIVING A SEANCE.
"KEYNOTE: The ability to give of one's own vital energy to substantiate
one's conscious ideals or unconscious desires.
The person who believes he or she has a mission or mandate, or any special
gift that can be of value to his community, must substantiate this belief.
He has to produce results. Sometimes this involves difficulties and
special conditions or circumstances; it always demands to some extent the
gift of some power of value which is deeply one's own.... Something
precious involved in a deeply personal experience has to be surrendered,
offered to others. The medium's psychic substance provides the materials
made visible in the phenomena, if the latter are genuine. After the
seance, the medium is usually exhausted. The performer gives of his very
life to the performance.
The display of psychic power that the symbol depicts can be interpreted
positively or negatively according to the motives that induced the "medium"
to give the seance. In its most constructive aspect it suggests the
Keyword: SUBSTANTIATION. The shadowy aspect of the process is "deception."
The Moon is in Virgo, a teaching sign, both spiritual and practical (earth
sign), and in Earth's 5th house of creativity, romance, children. It
conjuncts "...beautiful Denebola,... the most important second-magnitude
star in Virgo. It expresses well the selective and critical faculties we
associate with a well-aspected Mercury. It also bestows remarkable
perseverance, industry and talent for the most minute detail. If [with your
Sun], you just do everything right, for you have an innate sense of the
fitting."
"VIRGO 22 (MOON): A LION TAMER DISPLAYS HIS SKILL AND CHARACTER.
"KEYNOTE: The need to tame one's vital energies in order to fulfill one's
destiny.
"... the concept of training. The true aristocrat is the individual who is
in complete control of his vital and emotional energies; at the spiritual
level this includes the overcoming of pride - pride in one's strength and
mastery, and the pride attached to an exalted status or social Office.
"... The whole process of social-ethical and occult-spiritual conditioning
of the individual aims at the control of man's 'animal nature.' The
energies of this nature can be put to many uses. Implied in any successful
process of taming and training is RESOLUTENESS and PATIENCE."
Sun and Moon are opposed. This in a chart shows opposition of people,
energies, in outward or inward life. But remember Sun and Moon oppose each
other once a month (that's Full Moon). Here the Sun's trine and Moon's
sextile to Chiron form a pattern called an easy opposition, showing an easy
way to reconcile/release/use opposing energies.

CHIRON is a recently discovered planetoid or small planet that seems to be
connected to healing and teaching. Chiron was the legendary/mythical
teacher of Centaurs and some men. A Centaur himself, he was only partly
human. A human/alien Wise Old Man figure.
Here Chiron is the only planet on an angle of the chart, and it is exactly
on it. It is thus if great significance. It is on the Descendant, the
point of marriage and partnership, at 18 Scorpio. It is trine (120
degrees) the stellium, an aspect of ease in/through healing and teaching/
ancient wisdom.

"SCORPIO 18 (CHIRON): A PARROT REPEATS THE CONVERSATION HE HAS OVERHEARD.
"KEYNOTE: The capacity to transmit transcendental knowledge.
"Keyword: CHANNELSHIP."
MARS and MERCURY are together (conjunct) in Mars' own sign, Aries, sign of
beginnings, pioneers, etc., in the Earth's 11th house. Mars is the action
planet, planet of physical expression and energy, traditionally the god of
war. It is the second planet, with the Sun, that shows the masculine
principle and/or male figures. Mercury is lower mind (intellect) and
communication (speaking, writing). Together: intellect and communication
in action, easy expression.
"ARIES 6 (MARS): A MAN SUCCEEDS IN EXPRESSING HIMSELF SIMULTANEOUSLY IN TWO
REALMS.
"KEYNOTE: The first realization of the dual nature of man and of the
possibilities it implies.
"The primordial one-sidedness of emotional and cultural manifestation
actually calls for the compensatory ability to operate at two levels. Thus
the primary dualism of Sky and Earth, of the divine and the human, of

Mars/Mercury is sextile VENUS, which is now conjunct URANUS in its own
sign, Aquarius, in the 9th house of religion and philsophy, higher
education, etc. Venus is the Minor Fortune, the planet of the emotions;
beauty, sense of beauty, and pursuits or occupations related to beauty; and
social "savvy." It is also the second symbol (with the Moon) of the
feminine principle and/or woman/women in a chart. Uranus, the higher
octave of Mercury, is the planet of intuition; high-level electric energy;
sudden occurrences; and strange, unusual, exotic things and people. It is
a triple sign and considered bisexual. It's the ruler of Aquarius, sign of
the new age. Venus and Uranus together: volatile emotions, intuition and
emotions linked, an unusual woman, etc.
Uranus is opposite a group of three stellar objects at 8-9 Leo - the two
Aselli (Asses) and the beautiful cluster Praesepe. The old books call 8
Leo a "degree of blindness," but I have found it to be prominent in the
charts of spiritual/psychic people. So I think those degrees have to do
with light, insight, illumination, etc.
"AQUARIUS 7 (VENUS): BEAUTIFULLY GOWNED WAX FIGURES ON DISPLAY.
"KEYNOTE: The inspiration one may derive from the appearance of Exemplars
who present to us the archetypes of a new culture.
"We are dealing here with the fixed symbols upon which a culture is based,
with mental archetypes. They are kept and made available as patterns to
imitate, or at least from which to draw new motives for inspiration. We
are at the stage of vision: new forms are revealed to the consciousness, as
well as new ways of meeting other people in social relationships.

"AQUARIUS 11 (URANUS): ON A VAST STAIRCASE STAND PEOPLE OF DIFFERENT TYPES,
GRADUATED UPWARDS.

development wherever human beings live and work together.

It seems to apply especially to the fact that differences of levels exist

NEPTUNE is also in conjunction with Venus and Uranus in Aquarius in the
9th. Neptune is the planet of the subconscious and inspiration
from/through it, illusions, delusions, and dreams. With Venus it suggests
a close tie, easy access, between emotions and subconscious. If it shows a
woman she would have an aura of mystery, perhaps a psychic/spiritual woman.

"AQUARIUS 1 (NEPTUNE): AN UNEXPECTED THUNDERSTORM.
"KEYNOTE: The need to develop the inner security which will enable us to
meet unexpected crises.
"... an event for which ONE IS NOT PREPARED - a menace to men's works.

Neptune is conjunct Altair (alpha Aquilae), "a pale yellow star sometimes
called the 'Bird of Jove.' From that you may gather that its influence in a
nativity bestows prophetic vision, a serious mind."
These three planets - Neptune, Venus, Uranus - are sextile Pluto, now
retrograde (energy more inwardly turned). PLUTO, planet of death,
transformation, and rebirth; sex; the occult; change that may appear sudden
but has been growing for some time; depth psychology; and things that are
underground or come from underground [Kundalini?], is at 8 Sagittarius in
the Earth's house of marriage and partnership.

"SAGITTARIUS 8 (PLUTO): "A MOTHER LEADS HER SMALL CHILD STEP BY STEP UP A
STEEP STAIRWAY."
"KEYNOTE: The need in any social situation to assist the less evolved in
their management of the problems which society requires its members to
solve.
"...SOCIAL CONCERN for the less evolved of society's members."
Pluto is nearing exact conjunction with Antares (alpha Scorpii), Watcher of
the Sky in the West, and opposition to Aldebaran (alpha Tauri), Watcher of
the Sky in the East. This axis is extremely powerful and the energies are
difficult to handle.
"Mightiest of them [the stars] is Antares, the rival of Mars, located in 9
degrees Sagittarius with only 4 degrees of south latitude. A binary star
shimmering in alternating ruby red, the color of Mars, and the turquoise of
Jupiter, it is so large that the orbit of Mars could snugly fit into its
equatorial circumference.... an electromagnetic dynamo, whose radiation is
like Uranus's force intensified to the nth degree.... But when a native is
able to harmoniously assimilate this high frequency, spectacular feats are
a consequence, and fame and fortune the reward.... "
"Aldebaran, one of the Royal Stars of Persia, is in 9 Gemini, of slight
latitude of 5 south. It shimmers in pale rose tints.... It cannot be said
that Aldebaran when conjoining Sol in your chart, is particularly
fortunate. Its terrific vibratory rate harasses one's nervous system."
Pluto is trine the Mars/Mercury conjunction, completing a trine showing
where and by what means regeneration/transformation can be most easily
handled/expressed.
JUPITER, the Major Fortune, the principle of expansion, is in roughly the
same place as at the New Moon but now closer to the Moon's South Node (the
Dragon's Tail), in the East considered a point of group karma. It is
square Pluto, possibly indicating some difficulty in the public
expression/experience (10th house) of regeneration/transformation (Pluto).
"PISCES 8 (JUPITER): A JOCKEY SPURS HIS HORSE, INTENT ON OUTDISTANCING HIS
RIVALS.
"KEYNOTE: Intense mobilization of energy and skill in the drive for success
in any social performance affected by the competitive spirit.
"Since the end of the archaic ages and the stressing of individualism,
especially in our American society which worships the material images of
'success,' the desire to win any kind of 'race' engenders an often-feverish

Jupiter is still near conjunction with Deneb Adige (alpha Cygni). Cygnus
is the constellation of the Swan. I understand this to be a high center
connected with our solar system. The old books say it has the influence of
Venus and Mercury combined.
Across from the South Node (always) is the Moon's North Node (Dragon's
Head), considered in the West a point of ease, a minor point of fortune,
and in the East a point of individual karma.

VIRGO 10 (NORTH NODE): IN HER BABY A MOTHER SEES HER DEEP LONGING FOR A SON
ANSWERED.
"KEYNOTE: The Spirit's answer to the vital needs of whatever became
individualized out of its infinite ocean of potentialities.

God of a new universe. ...The true disciple must become the Mother of the

The Dragon's Head is in exact conjunction with Zosma (delta Leonis) at 10
Virgo. This star is often found in the horoscopes of bisexual/homosexual
people.
SATURN is the Great Teacher that brings lessons to be learned, through
which we grow. It is the principle of contraction and condensation,
planet of cold, slow things; attention to detail; practicality; and
traditional planet of death. It is just past the cusp of the 12th house of
hidden and secret things, things done in secret or in private, research,
large institutions such as hospitals, psychic things, and karma.
When Saturn goes through a person's 12th house, whatever he has left undone
or neglected to take care of, will catch up with him. When Saturn comes to
the Ascendant and enters the 1st house, a time of new responsibilities is
at hand. When Saturn was in my 12th, I had neglected to have check-ups for
several years and had to have three surgeries. Then when it went into the
1st house, I got a wonderful new job with new responsibilities.
Saturn is sextile Uranus, a minor aspect of ease in the working together of
those two energies. In this chart it is at the apex of a Finger of Fate,
formed by two planets sextile each other and both quincunx a third planet.
It is said to show the energies of the two planets working together and
through the third to manifest something meant to be done, something fated.
Here Moon and Chiron are sextile and both quincunx Saturn.
"ARIES 19 (SATURN): A TABLE SET FOR AN EVENING MEAL.

individual's needs will be met among those to whom he is linked by a

Saturn is conjunct Alpheratz (alpha Andromedae) at 14 Aries, said to be of
the nature of Jupiter and Venus, the two Fortunes. It is also square
Sirius (alpha Canis Majoris), a binary star known as Sothis (Isis) to the

Are all games towards..... GROWTH...GROWTH
GROWTH towards what? and for what?
For this one has to go towards answers as to "WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS
CREATION ?" WHAT IS THE ROLE ASSIGNED TO EACH OF US?
Understanding answers to above questions is what I call "SELF REALISATION".
And this "SELF REALISATION" is indivitual process. My answers can not be
your answers. And if you are not yet grown to get these answers from
yourself, then surrender to God, or Goddess or realised Guru, or go on
putting EFFORT.

P.S: Was your diary ever published? I read about a similar experience to
yours in a publication by Takiwasi a wonderful place here in Perú where
they deal with this kind of experiences. When I read about Kundalini
through that publication I found The K-list and it has been wonderful.
