Kurt and Harsha are respectively right in their views, in certain perspectives.
Kurt indicates that when consciousness is at the Sahasrara there is non duality, everything is one. This condition of the consciousness, however is
not felt or, known while being in that state, because that becomes the reality, and there is no other.
Harsha is right in the sense, that the spiritual heart is the seat of consciousness or the SELF. This can be only be experienced after having come
out of the Unitary State of consciousness at the Sahasrara, the " I", gradually emerges or floats in the conscious plane. It is at this time, that the person,
experiences an blissful state in comparison to the outer reality. at the heart.
The spiritual heart which Harsha alludes to (not a physical one though) has been said to be two fingers to the right, below the physical heart which is on
the left. This is also the "Kalpataru Tree" or the tree of fulfillment of all wishes. The same is denoted in pictures of the heart chakra having twelve
petals, on the inner space of the outer petals is a six pointed star , composed of two triangles, One pointing up and the other pointing down. (Like the six
pointed star of David. Below the heart chakra, is the Anandakanda Lotus, the spiritual heart
(according to Maharshi Ramana). This has been corroborated through Ayur Veda and Sita Upanishad.
>From the Heart chakra emanates 15 yoga nerve threads The hatha yogis make the kundalini activate chakras, in a sequence from the
base to the head. And as Kurt mentions, that Oneness can be experienced at any chakra. This sense of Oneness confers a blissful state for the person, but all
experiences of bliss are not moksha or liberation. Ananda or the blissful state can also be secured through drink or drugs, which in turn also activates
certain chakras of the lower three. But I don't think we can suppose that such bliss is "The Liberating Bliss".
Hatha Yoga processes can secure various forms of the bliss in the gross or subtle bodies, which are not "THE BLISS".
The SELF is the center of the Universe having no circumference, as also, it is everywhere having no center.

explaining?

  Hello cathy !
I have practiced for sometime Chi -Gong to experience the energy movements. yet in probabiliy our find remain of our experience of experience time, we feel the intense movements of prana or chi through the whole physical body. in Chi gong after a few practices, found that the body makes intense movements, without the interference of the mind , and flows a sort of rhyme of its own. Due to the processes involved, m all the glands and nerves become activated, including K. In the process in can physical experience the dance of prana in the body, when practiced under such focus. the next questions, what is our objective
To keep the body t optimum peak performance, Having and energized body allows the pursuing of other forms of Yoga, mental, emotional and spiral experience, The final objective I think, is the integration of all in to One, who alas us to know ourselves

better than we did before

That is some story Danijel for such a young person. I'm glad you have
found your answers inside and are beginning to find your way into realization. Perhaps you can do away with the f word as you do this.

I had this last night and it lasted all night and literally I didn't know if I would come out of it. It was wonderful but extremely powerful,
it lasted for at least 7 hours during the night. And, I am very aware of the centers above the head as though your opened up to a cosmic being as
such.

Gg And, it doesn't make a bit of difference how long you are in this space
of no breath which is very interesting. The body gets up and goes on as usual, amazing really. We had a birthday party for my dad for his 81st
birthday and I was busy all day with 35 people about, over half kids and babies.

GG
This is how I use it also, I assume that people know that after being with me for a time, it just seems that the realization of the witness as
the self resides in the heart of hearts. Which of course is not the heart as is known but the invisible heart that fills the universe.

As long as we speak in relationship to the > body, the Heart or the Sahasarara have certain locations due to the experience

> Whole and Complete and in Total Freedom. It is Pure Joy and Eternal Existence.
GG Also once in the Sahasarara, it expands to take in the whole system that
is why it has 1000 petals, it would appear from my experience that it is constantly expanding and increasing in consciousness which is brought
down to the conscious mind from the higher chakra's above the head. It is my sense that this chakra is the connection to the cosmic mind and
essentially takes you into union with universal consciousness as you are now living through the oversoul. It is one thing to be in union with
the true Self, no duality but it is another to be Union with All Consciousness of the extended and expanding Consciousness of the
Creator. This must be what they call transpersonal, or something to that effect? GG

Challenge exists in our lives to make us learn. If we are not pushed beyond our limits, we learn nothing.
Controversy can provide the push needed to set up learning. I'm not talking about personal, petty, finger-pointing type of controversy,
but the controversy that comes about when the ideals and values of the community change, When those in the community that are changing stand in contrast to those that are not.
A spiritual community should be fluid in order to foster learning
otherwise it accepts only a narrow range of ideas as valid to the exclusion of those that are controversial.
When the community finds itself clinging to ideals and values they should be challenged again and again.
If the community clings to its own self-image, it will stagnate, exclude the "outsider" and never see its own delusion.
Kundalini awakening, symptoms, chakras, Love, spirituality, God, Goddess
are watered down to mere ideas unless they are cultivated in constant challenge.
In other words, the idea of them must be made fluid again whenever they become locked in consensus. They are not ideas - they are much, much more.
Take note of your convictions.
See how they make you selfish, complacent, righteous. See that the expression of Love does not depend on flowery language and niceties.
or on any particular way of expression. See the superficial padding in your words
See how it obscures what you really think. See how we try to save others from hard feelings by not being truthful.
Let them have hard feelings. This is a challenge, a positive push, for you and for them:
Success for them means they may struggle, but they hold no resentment and are eventually thankful for the push. Success for you means you will allow them to struggle, you hold no resentment, you don't lock your opinion of them, you allow them the space to change, you are ready to find your own change.
We fail to meet the challenge when we are too heavy with selfishness, righteous ideas and complacency to see the multiplicity of the expression of Love.
Most of all, have a good laugh. You are nowhere near as important as you think you are.

Oh well, that's just one of the problems of being heart-centered, inability
to walk freely; being limited to nice, warm things that keep the chakra open... oh well, have fun anyway. :)))))))) LOL :)))))))) Vertical, my dear
