 Hi John,

I was diagnosed with CFS in 1989. I woke up one day feeling like I got the
flu and never got well. I was humiliated by western medical doctors who told
me, "all of those symptoms are unrelated," and they acted like I was some
difficult hypochondriac. Being naturally induced a long term depression. In
1993, I went to have acupuncture, because I had read people with CFS could
benefit from it. After meeting with him for about an hour, he told me that I
had Candidiasis - an overgrowth of the normal yeast flora on/in your body
until it invades all your body systems - nervous, cardiovascular, endocrine,
everything!! This sure explained all the unrelated symptoms I was having,
including the electrical currents I was having in my extremities, sore spots
that move around, memory loss and disruption in cognitive functioning, and so
on. There is an anti-candida diet that will help kill off the yeast, but you
can expect to get more ill during the die off of the yeast, and depending
upon how ill you are, it can take a year or years to get completely well. My
Doctor of Oriental Medicine told me that I would eventually get well, but I
went back to my old way of living and eating and now I am quite ill again. I
am planning to go back on the diet very soon during a time when I don't have
constraints due to work or company, etc. If you would like, I could send you
some of the information I have on Candidiasis.

Wishing you wellness.........Cher

Really I be angry in very much times. I believe what we talking here is the
justice to be angry right? No violence but the justice. And now, back to
me remember the Japanese philosophy and images about dragons picture. So,
not only dragons look like be angry, maybe Gods always be angry. Like
Egyptian painting... The terrible gods with animals and birds face like be
angry too!
Anubis eat heart humans... I did hear that!

"From Indian philosophy, we get the concept of three kinds of force or
energy: prana, akasa and kundalini. Different schools disagree somewhat
on exactly what they are. In general, prana is considered a free form of
energy in the atmosphere and also the vitalizing energy in living
things. It is taken into the body through food and by breathing. By the
use of certain techniques an abnormal amount can b e injested and stored
in the body and used to improve health, as well as to be directed
mentally to help others and to perform such feats as levitation.
Kundalini is described as a force stored at the base of the spine which
can be induced to rise up the spine to the top of the head and in so
doing is said to open chakras or psychic centers and lead either to
enlightenment or to p hysical and psychic camage. Some claim rising
kundalini is the only way to enlightenment, but some warn that it should
not be attempted unless one is in the extended care of a "master";
otherwise one could literally burn oneself up as the energy tears its way
upward. Akasa or akashia or akasha is more mysterious than the other
two, being variously described as an energy and as an etheric fluid. "

I think this explains things fairly in a basic fashion.
King is trained in the huna tradition and not an expert in kundalini
but this description sounds strong to me.

Hi everyone,

After I've thought about my sitting in the whirlpool with the jets pointed
at the base of my spine, I believe this is may not be such a good thing
after all. Aside from the fact, that I could drown from watching bubbles
or be killed in my car while in a trance-like state--it's a bit artificial
from a spritual standpoint. Kinda' like taking drugs to get high? Anyway,
I'm not going do it anymore. And I'm sorry I posted it to the list. Hope
no one took it seriously because, on second thoughts, I believe it could be
dangerous!

Anita

List Mystress Note: Anita, if you have been doing it and enjoying it and
you were drawn to do it by your K., where is this sudden fear and idea that
it is unnatural coming from? Relax, Grrrrl, Goddess is taking care of you,
and showing you what to do.
I have felt a similiar effect from jacuzzi jets, I give myself a pounding
all over massage that leaves me lightheaded and serene with endorphin.
 Blessings, Mystress.

blargh!). But relax maybe can more part of ours lifes when we work with
kundalini. We need learn relax today!Because k don't awake so fast and
live is important too. I recomendation HQs like Gen 13 and Xmen. Why I
talking about the heroes? you think... But I really apreciate what this HQs
make us feel, like Hercules or Zeus, Pegasus. Maybe exist much soul in
this. Relax with Mozart but relax with Superman too, right?

Hi Anita:
Gotta say I concur with Angelique... who is to say what is "spiritual"?
What difference does it make if your guru bangs you on the head with
peacock feathers, or whether your jacuzzi gives you the hit.. YOU GOT the
HIT>>>>fabulous.. you should be so lucky!ATnospam# It is NOT comparable to drugs
at all. Drugs alcohol and mushrooms will eventually destroy the subtle
channels in the brain and you will NEVER be able to achieve nirvan if
these are destroyed.. this was told me by my teacher. No jacuzzi is going
to harm your subtle body... GO FOR IT!

No, not quite. Is pregnancy or menstral pain about poetry? No. But it
is an intense sensation that accompanies heavy emotional upheaval and
activity accompanied with deep thoughts, explorations, and revelations
about reality, the sort of thing that inspires people to write poetry.
Kundalini just as many mystic/magic/religious paths brings experiences
one can not truly explain to others who have not been there. Hence
the birth of poetry on planet earth. The attempt to describe the
"supernatural" experience through the verbal sensorium.

Just took one myself last week. The bubbling, waterfall, white noise,

sound was a pied piper.

I've heard this sound calms even the insane.

Dear, friends,

when approaching to some emotion or feeling or state it is good to find the
center of it.
The opposite thing to that emotion/feeling/state is in opposite center.
We know that love is experienced from the heart . The opposite to the heart
center is what!????

Body centers or chakras have some pairs or even triplets of combinations
among themselves.
It is so atuning, that when one center changes the opposite is also much
affected to sustain the ballance.

I recollected that only few days ago.
As an intellectual worker I spend much time sitting. Last week, when going
for vacation I decided to make some physical tourism.
All things were collected and I departured on my bike and 20 kilos for 1
week. I did 130km a day. That required much strenght and I found it flowing
from my solar plexus. Some days I was traveling with 1-2 hour sleep, but I
was still not lacking energy. Only the last days I found tendons a bit
acheing. But the main notice I found is that my neck chakra activated very
much. I found a huge wave of creativity when being back home. Yep! solar
plexus has a friend - neck center. That's it.

Om Namah Shivaya,

    Giedrius
