Here is a new game for Gloria, Mystress, and anyone else who wants to play.
Instead of playing "Gotcha!" where we try to find flaws in each other´s
belief systems, we play a new/old game called "The Wheel." (Not to be
confused with "The Wheel of Fortune," which will be aired forever on your
local affiliate station.) Your Master of Ceremonies is Your Mind, who keeps
telling you that you have no choice but to play. The object of the game is
to escape from Spiritual Jail by accepting that opposites are equally true.
Unless you exchange your Reason card for a Belief card, you go directly to
Jail, do not pass Go, and do not collect $200. Your game board is a circle
that is not round. You have an infinite number of dice marked with either a
zero or a one, which you can throw in infinite combinations. You choose your
own game tokens: One of you is Light and the other one is Dark. Or one
chooses Is, while the other chooses Is Not. Or one of you is On, while the
other one is Off. Or one of you is Yes, while the other one is No. Or one
of you is True, while the other one is False. Or one of you is In while the
other one is Out. You can trade pieces anytime you like, but you can only
move in one direction.

Our tokens have landed on REMEMBERING RAILROAD, where souls race to hook up
to a train. Some have linked to the Virgin Mary Track and some to the
Goddess Express. Others think they´ve linked to trains that came before.
Some find Conductors for trains that are coming. A few have tickets to ride
the Supertrain: like Rabbi Jesus, Siddhartha, Mohammed. The rest of us
ride in steerage class and cannot imagine our destination. But when every
passenger in the universe meets at the Great Station, then we rename it as
God.

But, remember, our game does not end yet. Our dice land us in THE
FORGETTING FIELDS, where the One dissolves to the Many. We lose our way back
to the Station. And Gloria forgets Mother Mary, and Mystress has no Goddess
to guide her. Then they forget each other. And then there is no sound. We
cannot speak with our tail in our mouth. Now there is only The Breath. The
In and the Out. The True and the False. The Yes and the No. The On and the
Off. The Is, the Is Not. The Dark and the Light. It is only another
beginning.

   Yaaayy Nannu!!! Yesssssssssssssss! blessed be!
Acts of love and pleasure serve the Goddess. Self love especially...
Know thyself in the Biblical sense...;)

There are many religions that mortify the body as the crude receptacle
for spirit, which must be subdued. This seems loooony to me. Goddess gave
us bodies, because bodies are cool, and bodies have all these abilities and
information, they can have the 3d experience of life! Bodies can Make Love.
Bodies are Love factories. Bodies can Manifest Life, this is a very sacred
thing!
If we could reach enlightenment without a body we wouln't bother to
incarnate, eh? We couldn't manifest K. if we did not have a root chakra,
and hey that chakra is connected to SEX! Goddess does not make mistakes,
and she had good reason for giving us a sex drive different from all the
other animals. Saith SSSSSsserpent!

Meditation on a flower or a tree, upon beauty in the physical or
emotional world, sunsets,
Be sensually connected to the beauty of creation, to the pleasures of life!
Sensual spiritual ecstacy instead of our senses being numbed and armored so
as to survive in a world of concrete and steel, white noise and pollution..
which we created by denying the importance of physical pleasure, beauty and
comfort to spiritual growth....
how very different the planet would be...
Partiarchal restrictive instead of Matrifocal permissive. The idea that
nature is here and must be subdued and controlled, that our nature must be
subdued and controlled does not resonate with me.
I feel that Goddess in her wisdom created us exactly perfect, and by
following the body-wisdom She placed inside of us, we find our way back to
Her. She gave us this constant drive for good reason, there is no mistake
we need to correct and subdue with discipline and denial.
  Blessings, Angelique.

Hi,
sorry I did not answer faster but there is so much mail is overwhelming.

Were so far and yet so near thru this wonderful device.

It seems like it according to your symptoms.
I got awakening through shaktipat, the descend of shakti, by my guru,
the meditation mater Gurumayi,( Swami Chidvilasananda.) It is much safer
to be connected to the Guru Principle.
Gurumayi is our guru in Siddha Yoga, you probably have a center in
Indonesia, try to find out around there if they have a center, if not I
will try to find out for you calling South Fallsberg where they have the
ashram, in the mountains in New York. They have another ashram in India
in Ganeshpuri. this is a lineage of ascended masters, Baba Muktananda
and Nityananda.
You should be taking a real good multivitamin, and a good diet, try to
avoid meat, red mostly. eventually on the path you will be inclined to
become a vegetarian. I still each sea food, but I am planning to go all
the way.
Get massages to communicate better with your body and understand that
the process is natural and the shakti wont hurt you ,we have blocks that
is cleaning up.

There are a lot of books on Kundalini in the bookstores. You should do
some hatha yoga to clear the energy's passages.

At your service always, in love and (((light)))

This is excellent instructions from Peggy, this works I'm sure. And it
is something you can pass on to people around you that are not involved
in k. This is just simple deal with it, confront the illusion kind of
thing, very safe and would likly work on a lot of the mental/emotional
imbalances that we've seen come over the screen here lately. Gloria

Hi,

Have put a mantra to overcome fear, anxiety and panic attacks on the
web:

http://dspace.dial.pipex.com/town/place/vv60/giant.html

It will work but you must put in the effort. It also displaces
negativity.

Hello everyone!
Wow, I was really amazed to see how many of you out there are suffering from
anxiety and fear..............don't be disheartened...if I can do it so can
you!!!!!!
Here's how I did it.
Read a few books and this is what worked for me.
When you feel a panic attack coming on...........give in.
YES! Give into it like this....
"Oh my God...that feeling.......something terrible is going to happen"
(often...Oh my God I'm going to die, I'm going to have a heart attack)

Step 1 : Tell yourself you are NOT going to die. It is only an anxiety
attack, that old fight or flight reflex activated for a myriad of reasons.
Pain in the ass....yes it FEELS like I may DIE.....but now really...what are
the chances? No one ever DIED from a panic attack folks, that's the good
news. Freaked themselves out? You bet! Took themselves down to the emergency
ward? You bet. Told their doctors who nodded sympathetically and then
slipped them a little something with a brief word about stress in modern
society? Oh ya. DIED? No. nope. nada. negatory. So you say...OK here's
another stupid panic attack. But I ain't gonna die. NOW I MEAN IT...THIS IS
ACTUALLY WHAT YOU TELL YOURSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!! Once your body hears your mind
tell it there is no need for fight or flight.....you may already (or may
not) notice a drop in intensity of feeling. (Also been proven that suffering
from anxiety does not mean an increase in chance of heart disease or cancer
or anything like that!)

Step 2 : ...OK here comes that terrible feeling again....I'm gonna
panic....arghhhh.....
Say to yourself.....SO WHAT.
SHOUT to yourself.........SO WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!
>So what! you're saying to me....is she nuts what does she mean so what?!
...if I panic then.........
Then WHAT?
You increase the ozone depletion?
You grow fangs?
The sun doesn't come up tomorrow?
Russia invades?
You risk looking weird to others as you race out of the store? Maybe....gee
I've never seen anyone rush out of a store, elevator or cry on a plane
before because they, forgot something, are sad, are in a hurry, etc. etc.
etc. Gee someone might see you looking a little worried and shaky? SO WHAT
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They gonna call police and put you in jail? Unlikely. They
gonna whisper "look at that weirdo" to a friend. Slight chance, but believe
me most people are so caught up with their own shit they ain't interested in
you....seen it all before. Gonna panic? SO WHAT?

Step 3: Recognize the early symptoms of an attack (we know them, we love
them, scary as hell but I don't have to go through them here, unless you
want me to then just ask and I'll be happy to tell you how I felt like I
couldn't breath...had a pain in my chest...had to go to the bathroom 4,000
times in an hour...did the hippy hippy shake when I had no interest in
dancing......sweated bullets....etc. etc. etc.) OK here come the early
syptoms.....we say....
Arghhhh here comes an attack...well so what........I ain't gonna die.(good
for you!)
(Chances are the very first time you say this it won't work, but the attack
may be less in severity.)
Now you YELL at your symptoms....GO AWAY!!! I MEAN IT!!!!! GET THE HELL OUT
OF HERE YOU STUPID PAIN IN THE ASS PANIC ATTACK THAT IS SCREWING UP MY LIFE
YOU!!!!!!
(This really worked for me folks)

Step 4: Keep a sense of humor about it (I know, what's so funny......or...is
there?)
Rent a lot of comedies (not a good time to watch Schindler's List again)
read humor columns and funny books. Picture yourself panicking in a crowded
theatre, losing your pants and tripping, and landing in someones lap as you
pull of their hair piece. Gonna happen? Probably not.

Step 5: LET GOD HANDLE IT. How? Walk over to a mirror, look at yourself,
look up, and say....OK God....I'm doing all I can here.....I need your
help....I want these panic attacks gone now and I'm giving it all up to you!

Step 6: Go and sit in a chair, on the floor, lie down and let the feeling
flow. Don't pace around trying to force the feeling away. This does not
work. Sit down and say....
..What the hell........OK LET"S PANIC>>>LET"S PANIC LIKE I'VE NEVER PANICKED
BEFORE...LET'S GIVE PANICKING A WHOLE NEW MEANING....ADRENELIN DO YOUR
STUFF...LET'S DO THE PANIC MUMBO CHA CHA AND RUMBA.....YEE HAWWWWWWWWWW
Then,
just sit there,
wait,
you may start to shake,
you may feel energy rushing around your body, down legs and arms etc.
your heart will be just a pounding away
your mouth may get a little dry
but,
SO WHAT?
Not gonna die are you?
Sun still comes up.
I just bet if you really TRIED to panic you won't do near as good a job as
when you were TRYING NOT TO PANIC.

Step 7: Repeat steps 1-6 every single time you have an attack....whether you
think it will work or not. I "so whatted" and "not gonna die"-d through
about 6 or 7 attacks. But when I finally sat down and said...do your
thing......that was the last panic attack I HAVE EVER HAD......5 YEARS AGO.
Felt tinges of panic again? Oh sure, of course. Panicked? Never. When the
tinges come I just think...."gimme a break, you're not actually gonna try
and panic are you.....well guess what...it won't work because I ain't gonna
die so who cares. SO WHAT! And those funny feelings just faded
away...............
This is a good one>sing a goofy or funny song when the feelings come....it's
really hard to panic fully while singing..."itsy, bitsy, teeny weeny, yellow
polka dot bikini"......:-)

Step 8: Once you have control of the symptoms ( and you will)......do things
to reduce stress in your life.....have some fun for God sakes! And REALLY,
REALLY look at the way you think. Do you always tend to see the glass as
half empty instead of half full? Do you always imagine worse case scenarios
instead of best-case scenarios? (If I get on the plane it may
crash...or......if I get on the plane chances are 1 in a million it will
crash). Are you a perfectionist? Do you always have to be in charge or in
control of a situation? Do you tend to take on too much and have trouble
saying no? Do you come from an alcoholic family? (Panickers often answer yes
to this one) These are things you will have to work on in order to keep
panic away..Awwwwww shucks.....I still take on too much to be honest....but
panic..NEVER! Get tired and bitchy yes, but never panic.

and remember....
YOU ARE NOT CRAZY, panickers are actually very sensitive compassionate and
caring people...and intelligent.......( guess what...too sensitive!)
Panickers also tend to have a fear of mental illness. Guess what? In truth,
we're saner than most. No link between the two folks. YEA!!
YOU ARE NOT ALONE....not only in the ET sense...(now don't get me going on
that!) but I'm here and so are countless others.
LIFE's hard, but also a blast! Go live it and screw this panic crap!

I think I've talked too much. If I can help anyone with more or if you just
want to talk.
I'm here!!!!!!!
I hope this helps!!!!!!
God love ya all.

The light-hearted traveller who laughs in the face of a panic attack
HAHA!(been there, done that)
Mo :-)
