For Well Being of the Body, Soul, and Mind,

I have found, that for Bliss,
one can meditate, and Pray, like this,
in a comfortable chair, or anyposition at all,
which, can be maintained, for hours, and hours...

And, one prays to the Great Spirits, then, contemplates,
 a loved one, in embrace, like the tantric statues, of Hindus,
the Bliss, will shoot up, and up, inside the body, to the mind,
and, or, the spine, in a location,that's divine, so refined,
and like an ocean of waves, and waves, rolling out to sea.
but, it is good to love someone, in your heart, in your heart,
when you start, and love it all , all the way up to God,
doing contemplative prayer,in care of the Great Spirit...

Now, if you hold that person, in your loving arms,
infecting them with Bliss, and, during,this, while loving,
loving, loving, loving them, love the Great Spirits,
whirling up,up, up and up, in Spirals of Love, above the clouds,
Towards the Sun ,on Eagle Wings of God, in God, in God, in God,
It will bring the Green Gold up, as far, as you can, Imagine,
and Dream, sometimes, farther, and farther, into the Star of Infinity.

Mo, Yes, please tell me how you mastered the fear and panic. I am in need.
 
I really can't enjoy my life fully, always feel like I have a cloud over my
head, and
a heaviness set upon me. I can't do things I enjoy doing, because I am
always what ifing. Hope you can lend some advice.

it is associated with animal consciousness, clinging to the body and
sense pleasures and neglecting one's spiritual awareness,

from inner stillness and insight, the classic fight or flight response
dissolves

this is often through primal ignorance rather than any explicit
purposeful neglect -

if one loses attachment to the body then there is nothing to fear as no
one can touch you.....

panic and fear are as much our fault, in a deep spiritual and
psychological sense, as anything else that brings us suffering and keeps
us from the light....

we just haven't gone deep enough

As a metaphysical commoner with no access to psychic powers, elixir vitae,
satori, or healing skills, I have two suggestions for relieving depression
and anxiety attacks.

First depression. If mood is a chemical event, then of course you can put a
bandaid on it with alcohol, stimulants, drugs, and so on. But don´t overlook
one important anti-depressant: light. My widowed mother-in-law copes just
fine throughout the spring, summer, and early fall, because she has a
half-acre to plant, cultivate, and harvest in the sunshine. But as soon as
the gray Portland winter sets in, her mood takes a severe dive and she
suffers from an ominous depression. So we got her a high lux, full spectrum
light box, and she now sits near it for at least 30 minutes a day during the
winter months. And voila, not only is the depression gone, but she says she
has much more energy as well. Her strawberries need light to become robust
and sweet, and so does my mother-in-law.

Now for anxiety, I can speak from personal experience about a surprising
cure. Between the ages of 30 and 45, for no discernable reason, I began to
develop a progressive case of claustrophobia. The anxiety attacks eventually
got so bad that I couldn´t go in an elevator, an airplane, any car that I
wasn´t driving, or certain rooms, and I couldn´t understand why. Luckily, I
learned of a man in Florida who worked with curing people´s phobias. He
could take people who had such severe phobias of snakes that they couldn´t
even look at a photo of a snake without an anxiety attack, and he would have
them cuddling a boa constrictor within 15 minutes. In just a few minutes on
the telephone, he told me how to set up a jamming mechanism to stop the
anxiety attacks, which then eliminated the phobia. His method was based on
several assumptions. One is that every cell of your body has both
intelligence and memory. (You folks involved in massage therapy probably
know this better than anyone.) Another is that your brain cannot tell
reality apart from the words you tell it. In other words, whatever you tell
your brain then becomes real to your brain. Another assumption is that,
whereas in the case of an anxiety attack your brain is dictating a response
to your body (sweating, hyperventilating, constricting of vessels, etc.),
your body can also dictate a response to your brain.

Here are the steps you put yourself through as soon as the anxiety begins.

1. Focus on breathing regularly and comfortably so that you override the
quick paced-gulping for air that usually comes with the panic attack. Your
lungs can´t listen to two sets of signals at once, so you consciously send
them specific orders.
2. Change every aspect of the body posture that typically accompanies the
panic attack. Your shoulders are probably forward, collapsing your chest.
 Your head is probably forward, with your chin down. Your mouth is probably
tense, and your brow is probably furrowed. Your body has memorized the
association of this posture with anxiety. So, throw your shoulders back,
expand your chest, raise your chin, smile, relax your brow, and put your body
in a triumphant pose. Think of the position your body was in the last time
you got some fabulous news and go back to that pose.
3. Use your voice to trick your mind. In the tone of voice that you love
the most, the one you would use to comfort a child, speak sentences out loud
that are the opposite of what is true. In the example of claustrophobia,
these sentences were true to me: "Help, I´m trapped!" "I´ve got to get out
of here or I´m going to die!" So what I said out loud when I felt an attack
coming on was: "I feel safe and protected here." "I am so glad to be in
this elevator/car/airplane." "This truly is no problem for me." Also, if
you can get somebody to keep tickling you during the process, giggling really
 helps the jamming mechanism. If your anxiety is generalized rather than
phobic and you don´t know the cause, then just say the things you would like
to be true. "I feel so lucky and so happy." "It is such a privilege to
live this day." "I have so much to be thankful for." This may sound hokey,
but I guarantee your brain cannot send anxiety signals while you do this.
    Try it.
4. Focus continually on the way you will feel when you have mastered the
anxiety attacks. Picture the ways your life will improve. Feel the sense of
achievement and joy that will be coming right now. Think of what it will
mean to your friends and family. Act as though it has already happened.

As soon as you believe you can control the problem, then there is no problem.
 A severe phobia may take more than one session to evaporate, so you just
repeat this process. Although I considered my phobia as bad as they come, it
only took one session of using this technique while I was in an enclosed
space, and the phobia was gone. I don´t even think about it anymore because
I know I can trick my brain again if it ever comes back.

anxiety. If you would like the name of the man from Florida I spoke with,

do it on your own.

Hi I'm in the same boat....the fear is incredibley annoying....ive been
living with it since the kundalini stuff started.....12 and a half
years.....if anyone has any suggestions.....I want to know too......
     Also.....something ....or some way of looking at things....that i have
found that may be quite helpful to myself and others....i haven't fully
investigated it yet....are the teachings of Ramana Marharshi.....or his
disciples....for example ...Gangaji.....its self inquiry....into what is
real....and fear...believe it or not ...is a lie...is an illusion....but as i
have said i havn't fully experienced this myself....only a little...but Im
investigating...as of now.....and it looks promising.....
     Also.....is there anyone in here...that has been thru the whole
kundalini thing...??? My sensitivities are annoying the crap out of me
.....I need some advice...on how to deal with this....better.....any advice
please....

I LOVE the way you put this!! Very amusing and very true. My
"sensitivities" travel. Around but mostly up the body. Lights bothered me
terribly for many months. Then I went through this noise phase that had my
staff and students walking on egg shells and going outdoors to sneeze! That
was for a few months. It is my sense of smell that is the most sensitive
lately. I swear there is a major nose chakra!! I am assuming this too will
pass and have developed few other coping skills...I avoid plastic and new
things as much as possible. I have been involved in designing a new
building that is almost ready for us to occupy. Fortunately I have the
summer off and am hoping that the majority of the out-gassing will take
place when I am not there! I am currently overly sensitive to lots of foods
too = wheat products in particular. Boo hoo, they were always my favorites.

When it all doesn't want to make me cry, I try to laugh...fundamentally I
find it fascinating: this never knowing what will become sensitive next. Not
boring, certainly.

Then there is a whole range of emotional and behaviorial sensitivities. I
want to get like Christ with the money changers sometimes - over certain
things society tolerates. Other times I weep for humanity. Then laugh.
ETc. Etc. Somehow I keep it within a range that prevents others from wanting
to lynch me (I think?) or cart me off to the looney bin. I said I would not
tolerate extremes and K has been obliging.

Hope this commiserating helps. Sorry to be so short on solutions...

Thanks for a great posting, Peggy.

I have a large number of people come to me as a healer who suffer from
environmental illness, phobia, or anxiety attacks. It only takes a few
sessions to demonstrate to them that emotions are illusional,
paricularly fear.
  It is widely believed that the breath shortens because of fear. I
believe and have demonstrated (try this) that what we label fear is
muscle tension. The breath shortens because the abdomen and diaphram are
tense, forcing the breath up into the top half of the lungs. The mind
makes associations with these reactions because that's what the mind
does. Try breathing a calm breath and relaxing the muscles. A calm
emotion follows the calm breath. You can see the mental associations
which rise and firmly break the association.
  I used this method to cure allergies to flowers in myself. I realized
that I had used Bach flower remedies for tension instead of addressing
the underlying issue. My body associated flowers with the tension and
emotional stress. Breaking the association stopped the "allergic"
reactions.

Hi everyone
I'm new to this list so I hope this question is relevant and that someone
might have some solution to this problem. A friend of mine is having great
difficulty around any kind of electronic equipment especially things like
computers and televisions. Painful buzzing frequencies are experienced in
the head, mainly at the back of the head and many extremely annoying
symptoms are noticed such as loss of memory and difficulty concentrating.
This seems to be getting worse and just being in a house where there are
electrical fields is causing distress. Nothing seems to fix it very well;
being out the house for a few days helps but this is not always pratical.
Has anyone else experienced these kinds of symptoms and, more importantly,
does anyone have any solutions to this so that one can live a normal life
without having to expensively modify one's living environment.

very eventful happenings of the Spirit, it is the Spirit'Gabriel's Horn
Roaring and Roaring like a Lion Hearted Prophet,
know that Prophet is evoluting from small to large and larger, and
 that he/she is infinite in his/her human perfections...

M the thing is that you are very sensitive in the clairauadience dept.
pick out what you want to do, you will be able to channel and hear
voices and music, lucid dreams while awake, when the green K
goes up to the head it wakens the pychic senses, the reason it is awake
 in you is that you are special, everybody on this List is special, they
 have a wide awake Belief system which does not stop, and it can be
 the cause of your sucess and or failure, you can channel the pathe
of the mind's thoughts straight to hell and back if your spirit thinks
 you need it or if your Guru thinks or if you think it, you see if you
 think you need it that is all you need, but if you really dont need it
 and you think you need the Guru, as long as you need your Guru
 your Guru needs you, and this is the most valuable information is that
you are God, but if God instilled a fear so great in you that you won't
 dare to be God himself, or a Wisdom so wonderful God created anrespect for
the true Station of a Guru, a Mystery of God, then you have
it made for you will grow and grow and grow and grow and grow
accordingly to your own spiritual capacities which only the God in heaven
 beyond time and space, the Real God that is the Word, and behind that,
which is the God uncreated. This is the Divine Realities of the Infinite God...
This is the one thing that I really really understand is that Intention
of purpose of whatever Way you go in spiritual pursuits and daily rounds
 is the most outstanding feature of a disiple on the Way, considered by a
Master of God, a sucessful attribute and key to the mastery of the Devine
Mysteries of
 the Spirit and the Soul, the lamp and the light of God...
Surrender to the Light and Life of God and Goddess, for, it is all that
a Spirit can Know and Love through a Guru, a Master, an Inventor, or
aTeacher, a Creator, Evolution is the most important fact of life on the
Planet, for God loves all of us, and if we have the Free Will to Surrender,
 we will, verily, have a happy, and prosperous Peace on earth......
We are all Mysteries, aren't we, and we don't ever want to find our station in
life so we hide, baby.and our station can change, and change, and change,and
only God knows for sure where you will end up....Keep a sense of Humor,
HoneyChild, because God is Looking at you....

how are you, I too have an extremely sensitive nose, and my ears are also
 sensitive, so I will say this, I have Clairaudience, and I can channel from
 the I Am, somewhat, I have to learn more about it, for I am no guru,
you are probably channeling already, gently, in fact you may be ready
to write book of any sort, because your channeling may be your special
genus, and If you have a guest in the house like a Guru with a small still
 Voice, chances you have been in touch with your spirit who is in touch
 with the other spirits of likewise and above calerber,but if you just woke
up and found all this stuff happening inside, then you are a prophet and
 you have a relvelation, so what I am saying is that all you people on the
 K-list probably have prophets inside you, because I do, and there is
 definitely an infection of spirit going on here, so what I am really telling
you,people is that the prophet is custom made to fit your reality except
for those who have a wide open reality like ~V~, Lobster, and the like,
and the wonderful others on the lists, so, anyone with a wide open reality
 is bound to be an all-encompassing wise one. Now, if you want to be
an instant success follow your interests and push down on the gas pedal

sensitivities can be a blessing as well as a curse

it depends how we work with them

i found writing them down and describing them in detail brought subtle
insights into the mind and body and spirit

through deeper awareness and questioning these things can work towards
our understanding

but once you start this process you cannot stop it

once awareness and sensitivity have begun to emerge that's it - you have
to go with it all the way as one cannot escape.....

Absolutely!

My method is along the same lines. Feel the tension and fear as a bundle of
energy inside your torso, using your aura to hold it in (much easier to do
than explain, just do it) hold the tension/fear energy inside you while
taking a slow exhail. On the slow inhail, relax your muscles feeling your
arms drop down. The energy your holding in your torso will flip over (or
feel like it anyway) and your whole body will feel filled with energy and
adrenaline. Energy with shoot out your arm and hands and legs and feet and
head. Be careful not to become too agressive, instead thinking of the energy
as power or momentum to deal appropriatly with the situation.
