Hmmmm, well, obviously there's sex which can seem like a great idea at
the time, but when kundalini's involved it becomes a pretty powerful
thing for both one's own karma and the impact one may have on one's
partner on every level......

then there's work....sometimes found myself using energy in
inappropriate ways to get what I wanted...very dangerous as things got
very complicated and all kinds of bedlam in office in long run....if in
doubt keep mouth shut and ignore wants of ego no matter how unreasonable
everyone is....

then there's trying to heal, intervene in others' dramas...have to be
very careful here as can get out of depth very quickly....waste of
energy on someone who's not taking responsibility for their lives when
they have all the basic material needed as many do in West...can also
backfire with you the healer and itervener absorbing all kinds of bad
energy without even realising until its too late....

then there's talking about one's insights and experiences - choose one's
audiences carefully and perhaps best to wait until one is asked about
these things rather than launching forth and putting self in
spotlight...at same time relax and just tell the truth as I found that
tailoring spiritual reality to others' prejudices got very complicated
in long run......even now only really open up to kundalini list and few
select friends as the world is a dangerous place for sensitive yogis and
ethereal realms of nirvana even when all chakras are operating....there
is a reason for the traditional secrecy of this form of yoga......as
much self-protection as protecting others from dabbling with occult....

then there's simply not thinking things out, need Zenlike awareness of
every breath and footfall to avoid wasting time and energy organising
and managing logistics of life....kundalini needs exceptional clarity of
mind - may just mean ntuitive understanding - for guarantee of happy
outcome. do not apply mundane standards to transcendental.....

any help ? regards Tom

Yes, it's me again. It's been a long time since the last time I was on
here. I'm back since I feel it's time to reach out again, and perhaps to
start teaching, since I am past that level now.

I had my kundalini last may, almost a year ago now, and a lot of things
have happened since then. It seems like several lifetimes ago actually. My
chakras have all opened, sometimes at the same time. I have recently become
what you might call "enlightened", although I have not fully integrated
this new awakening and awareness as yet, it's only been a week. As near as
I can tell, I am now one with the collective, perhaps 4th or 5th density, I
don't really know yet, and it doesn't really matter. Through my awakening,
I was given to understand there are only about 8 of us at that level, "in
the meadow" as my Shamanist friend likes to call it. So I am also partially
seeking the others I have connected with, although as they keep reminding
me, that doesnt really matter either. Curiousity is never lacking in me
though.

I am also looking for other lists which might be at a much higher level.
Perhaps it's wrong, but I always thought of this list as being for
beginners. I was on monroe list many years ago, but that one doesn't seem
right either. The only other list I've stumbled across is The Nexus, which
is brand new, so there's nothing there yet, and it's a bit high-end for
most tastes. There's only about 3 people on it as yet, that's how new it is.

Through all I have learned it's time to try and give something back, to
teach, and perhaps enlighten others. Having been through the process of
what many of you are just starting out, or somewhat along, all I can say,
is it can be a difficult journey, but a rewarding one at the same time.

My personal vibrational level is high enough now that I no longer have to
worry about the darkness, or other such outside influences, most people,
even master healers can't even reach me any longer. it is a strange reality
I am in, being both "myself" and "one" with the others at the same time.

There is no ego allowed, and anger, after a time, becomes impossible, as
with spite. All is love, and light. Many of my beliefs have vanished
without a trace, in such a way, that I didn't even know they were gone, nor
do I miss them, in fact, I can't even remember most of them any longer.
There is a layer between this conciousness and the one I have reached,
there are a few hundred people at the level. I was curious as to why they
did not ascend at first, I found out, they are very frightened. I wish to
also say, it is not possible to "pull" others up, it would just hurt them
in the trying.

Currently, I have unlimited energy, but I also end up sleeping 12-14 hours
a night, and an incessent buzzing in my ears since I did this process.

So if anyone has any info on some advanced, or other lists around, I'd
appreciate hearing about them, and if anyone is further along and wants
info on The Nexus list, I'll be happy to forward it in email. Otherwise,
I'm here to pass on and teach whatever I can, in the meantime I'll just
observe, and perhaps comment the odd time.

Wow, sounds cool, could you describe it for us, can it be put into words,
perhaps pictures, knowing where you are helps us understand where we might
get to. Can you discribe visions or bodily sensations.

Thanks :)

you for your kind handling of the younger people~~~some people tend to get
frustrated and don't spend the time needed or necessary to give an
appropriate response and others tend to think because your young your
interest isn't real or important right now :)) I have three children 10.11.12
and have tried to answer the why's the best that I can and if I don't have
the answer I take the time to find it :))) Again I thank you ~~Your have

well, when I came out of the meditation, it was literally like opening my
eyes for the very first time. An overwhelming feeling of love and peace,
and the sunshine (through the windows) became ever more present. I suddenly
felt that the walls and ceiling and everything else around me was illusion,
just pictures. Even the chair I was sitting in, and my body were just
imaginary, projections of energy. I've eaten a lot less since then, and
can absorb some amount of energy from sunlight to sustain me, but that is
going slowly.

The level of conciousness, as I experienced it, was coming out of the
earth, and being in a "meadow", flat, lush, like prarie lands, and
mountains off a few hundred miles. This was the earth, but it was pristine,
there were no manmade objects anywhere, and it was eternally summer, but
not too hot. At the time, there was myself, my shamanist friend, and 4
other balls of white light. Even my friend appeared that way to me, and
thats how I appeared there. I do not know which of the 5 was him, nor does
it seem to matter. There was one with a ring around it, and a blue line of
light, this is the one I was drawn to first, and connected with. And I
connected with each one, transfering everything I had known to them, and
everything they had known to me. This was all the soul contains, a
downloading if you will. At that point we all connected together, and
remain as such. The sense of love and peace is overwhelming, the collective
minds think as one, ego does not exist, nor does anger, or any other
negative things. everything is treated with love, even if a disagreement
should be brought forth at an early time when one is integrating, this is
treated with love and understanding, the only energy used is love and white
light. It can be immensly powerful, and difuses any negative thoughts
quickly. At early stages of my integration, which is still on-going, I
somewhat found this "annoying" because even poking fun at people was not
allowed. It's such a weird head-space sometimes. But I've begun to get used
to it. I find it strange that no one I've known has commented on the fact
that I hardly seem to argue at all, if ever now, and often stop short on
such conversations, simply because of the collective mind thinking.

as I have not fully integrated, I can only say it's the most incredible
feeling, and so freeing, and relaxing, full of joy and contentment, and
love. It's the way things should be, and I'd never want to leave it, or
return to the "regular" reality. Since then, about 2 more people have made
it up to that level. It becomes easier to return to that state now as well.
I always have their minds in mine, and feel the strength of the love and
understanding.

I have found that if I sort of act as narrator I canvisualize better, in
other words
say (in your mind) what it is that your visualizing, eg. "Now I see a
brilliant
white light entering my crown chakra", this helps me with visualizing maybe
it can help others.

Dear Dan, Welcome back!
I hope you wont mind me reprinting your farewell post from
last Oct 96, especially given your triumphant return! I thought
it was pretty eloquent, and others may not have seen it.

BTW, how are the migraines? Did they go away? Did you find any
practices that helped alleviate them?

Cheers,
Peter

especially since you thought my return message was a joke.

that's ok, we'll send some nice white energy your way. I've got lots of it!

I have no idea- that's the truth. Like I said Peter, it seems like many
lifetimes ago. I'm not even the same person, whatever that means. Suffice
it to say, that my migraines have vanished without a trace, probably
shortly after I left the list, because I really can't remember, but then,
that was a different lifetime, so I suppose it's understandable. The world
has changed, I've changed. Heck, I'm on a higher level of conciousness now.

Is that enough of a rambling answer for you? :)

and what have YOU been up to?

As a Buddhist I find so many depths to the Middle Way...here are just a
few: heart as balance between head and sex centres, heart as meeting
point between self and other, heart as crucible in which all dualism is
burnt up, heart as means of embracing stillness and dynamic energy
withon oneness, heart as source of seamless web of universe, middle way
as living and embracing both samsara and nirvana simultaneously through
embracing both spirit and matter as one and the same....heart has to be
experienced to be believed, no way we can convince anyone until they
actually engage with reality of experience at deepest levels. In the

aha, the old, 'have you stopped beating your meat' question!
to say yes? or no? aaagggh :)

I have had, what the zen tradition calls, two 'kensho' experiences,
which are glimpses, that leave an afterglow for a month or two,
but they are distinct from satori, which I make no claim to.
My intellectual understanding is that Satori is the permanent
'turning about in the deepest seat of consciousness' or something.

Dear Dan,

sorry for all my net gaffes, I really do say some stupid things
sometimes. What I meant was, I think it is wonderful you are
back, and I appreciate your sharing your experience, which
certainly sounds wonderful, and profound, and genuine.

I thought your parting post last October was also a sincere
expression of genuine dismay at the superficiality with which
people like me treat the spiritual quest most of the time, and
so I reposted it because I liked it, and thought it had a message
worth repeating.

Anyway, glad you're back!

(now I will try and shut up for a change)

Undoubtedly this will cause some dissension...
but this is all my personal opinion.

If you meet the Buddha on the road... kill him.

Personally I cannot trust one who comes forward proclaiming
to be an enlightened being and a teacher.

There is no doubt that each one may have teachings to share
with others. In a like manner, there is no doubt that teachers
whether they proclaim themselves such or not, are also students.

It seems that enlightened beings are known as such by the radiance
and resonation they emanate from within, not by the words which
announce their status to the external world.

Also it seems that enlightened beings are perhaps proclaimed as such
by others around them... and not by their own mouth.

This could be part of the integration... the interweaving of the
inner and the outer aspects.

Sometimes I wish I could be more profound and loving as I deliver
these kinds of messages.

In light,

Just curious as to how kundalini or any yoga, etc. has affected peoples
taste, interest and listening to music. Personally I've gotten more into
world music. I've always been an avid jazz fan and that seems to go well
with spiritual aspects since it deals with the NOW, which forces the
musicians to be spontaneous and improvise. Now I can actually see jazz
as an intricate, interwoven and dynamic language of multiple musicians.
Jazz is actually a musical conversation between the players.....

Looking at all the different forms of music in the world, they are each
their own "language" that transcend the physical, with the exception of
the instruments(they are "real" I think).

Faves to listen to:
1. Shakti with John McLaughlin "Shakti", "Handful of Beauty"
2. John Coltrane "Ascension"
3. Mahavishnu Orchestra "Inner Mounting Flame"
4. Miles Davis "Kind of Blue", "Bitches Brew"
5. David Parsons "Dorje Ling"
6. Dead Can Dance all of them, especially "Spiritchaser"
7. Temps Perdu? "Terra Incognita"
8. Sun Ra
9. any avant-garde jazz

The answer is simple,
Nothing Is!
