Subject: Special Meditation for Love and Peace.
Hello all.
This is a meditation designed to bring more love and peace to the planet.
If you have missed the designated 12:12 times, is not important. Do the
meditation as you have time and feel inclined. It is very powerful
whenever it is done.
To those on the K list. This may appear to have nothing to do with the
-
K. I can only tell you that when I did this, my own K energy went
spiraling up and out with a WHOOOSH! It was pretty awesome.
Also, there is great possibility of huge energetic events this weekend.
More energy rays are arriving at the planet. BE Prepared. Have extra
water and food available in case of possible power outages and such.

I use reiki on myself every day and it is always beneficial in balancing
energy. Sometimes I may have more pain for an hour afterwards, but it is
nonetheless healing. At times it may intensify burning or discomfort, but
it appears that it is intesifying energy/pain leading up to an emotional
release of a blockage.
I have felt worse after various practitioners have worked on me as well. It
seems imperative that they are not coming from an ego position, i.e. trying
to heal/fix me, but allowing divine energy to do the work, otherwise they
are not tuned in to how much is enough and what my body needs at a
particular time, but what has worked for them or others in the past.
My belief is that basically reiki stimulates our own kundaline to do what's
best for us.
On the subject of synchronicity, I have read that it increases strongly at
the 5th chakra, but I too had incredible experiences with opening of the
heart chakra, like my cat bringing me a swallowtail butterfly the morning of
a powerful emotional transition and healing dream; then again a baby robin
when I had another transformational experience. I dismissed the second as
coincidence -- twice was too much-- until further relection, when I realized
the symbolism and timing was perfect.
I did go ahead and get the MRI, fortunately nothing seriously wrong. But
couldn't sleep, and my nerves were fried - still alot of burning after 24
hrs. While it was in process I got the kundalini sunburn. Then when I lay
down realized it was every cell of my body, but I'm sure this will pass soon.

and more recently about the ants. Thank you. (the cinnamon helped)
I grew up on the bottom. I was sexually abused... you've heard it a
million times. As far as it effected my sexuality I tend to flash right
back there and get into it in a way that upsets me. Makes me feel bad
about myself to like it - Maybe I'm somehow trying to make myself feel bad.
I can't imagine wanting to GIVE that pain to anyone. Not that I object to
your profession. People get polarized different ways - have different
stuff to work out - whatever. It looks like it's all One in the end,
anyway. I wanted to write to give you a wish, because you've been helpful
to me. Don't worry, I don't feel sorry for you. You'd probably hate that.
Just a wish out of random love.
I wish for you to trancend the abuse all together. It will be the
release of a pain the burden of which can only be felt in it's release
because you've gotten so used to it. You were burned by the fire as a
child. But you have grown. Oh yes! You have become a Firemistress
yourself. You know it's power intimately. You know it's limitation.
It's fatal weakness. It cannot hurt you without your permission. Little
Linda is a grown woman. She has reached the Age of Consent, and come into
her inheritance. I wish for you that you learn once and forever how to
trancend the domination of others. (you already know.) Without your
permission to touch you they can only delay and inconvienience you. Never
hurt you. I hope if it comes true you hear my sister-spirit say
"Congratulations. It's over."
