	I hope that you don't leave the list. I can really empathise with 
you. I was myself abused when I was a small child. I was sexually abused 
and threatened and was once almost strangled to death - by my own 
mother.  I have struggled with immense mental pains all my life. The K 
has only rescued me from a state that I dare not even think of. It helps 
for guys like us to sometimes unload to someone else who is sympathetic. 
The list can help there. Don't respond to all mail, but I hope that you 
stay in touch. Please feel free to correspond with me, if you so wish. I 
feel for you as I feel for myself.

so thats what this is all about! aaaaaaaugh... I had a fever two days ago
103, and then yesterday it was either 106.8 or 108.6, I dunno, i couldnt
read it properly. my throat is a mess, it hurts like hell, i have swollen
glands, and pain in my ears, and now i have larangitis too. this seems to be
getting worse. uuuuhhhh....

I've been doing pretty much everything i can, but it still gets worse. last
night (i guess tonight), was really bad, high fever and chills, spasms. I'll
be going to the doctor again today later.

Hi everyone, yes I'm still here, barely getting on. I was hoping some people
on this list could send some healing energy my way. Aside from feeling like
death warmed over, and worse, my conditions are deteriorating. I am not very
well.

I've been getting plenty of sleep, and as much liquids as I can handle
(swallowing even pure water is excessively painful). I do not know how I am
going to eat today.

I've seen a doctor, I'm on antibiotics, and still my condition gets worse.

it seems the more I do the worse I get, but thats probably not how it really is.

So I'll ask anyone capable on the list if you can spare some healing energy
to direct some towards me. I'd really appreciate it, and thank you all in
advance.

   i read your post about having too much energy and then having way too
little.  i would urge you to try to only give away a moderate amount
when you have too much.  giving away a lot could deplete you, which is
what your situation sounds like to me.  naps help me out a lot when i am
too much up or down.  keep going....

Have you been to a physician?  You're symptoms are sounding more and more
like mono or hepatitis.  I have had both and currently struggle with bouts
of my Hep-C acting up.   In any case, please go to a physician...either
allopathic or holistic...and get yourself diagnosed.  You may need some
guidance and direction which we on this list are not qualified to give.

Meanwhile, I *will* do what I can.

yep, seen a doctor, they said it was strep (very bad throat infection). I'm
on anti-bio's (joy).

You asked if I could sense the earthquake ahead of time:  no, but I did 
see flashing lights during aftershocks, long after all the electric 
power was gone.

I appreciate what you said about trying to have a "humane" divorce.  It 
took so many losses to challenge all my tightly-held defenses that when 
K finally broke through and my defenses broke down, trying to do 
anything in the "old" way became excruciatingly painful.  I still feel 
that the worst hell is the hell of being shut-down.

Also, don't you find it interesting how the breakthrough of K 
reconfigures your history?  I'm constantly saying to myself, "oh, THAT 
was probably kundalini, too!"

well here's another one to add to the "oddities" list. [grin] we've talked
about changing eye color, and some have mentioned colored rings formed
around the edges of the eyes. now for something similar yet different...

usually when i am about to go to sleep, and just close my eyes, there are
between 2-5 flashes of white light, circles of light that start on the
outside periphery of my vision and move "closer" to me. these brilliant
flashes are not painful at all, and usually only take a fraction of a second
each to complete.

I have no idea why I'm mentioning this now, just thought i'd throw another
log onto the "weird" pile. :)

Is this during the "twilight" period...half conscious/half unconscious...?

And I'll join ya.  Yesterday, as I was again in alpha/theta....I had a ball
of light appear in a flash at the periphery of my right eye..but clearly
visible...which was similar to a brilliant white glowing marble.  It was
there only a moment...and then it was gone.  I have had spots before my eyes
(due to low blood pressure) but this was clearly not one of them.  I seem to
recall a dot of bluish in the center.   I have been getting quite a few
different events taking place during my meditations...but I have found that
the key is to go into meditation without expectation...to truly clear the
mind...and then anything is possible.

actually in my case, no, this is before that stage. I mean, literally within
a few moments of closing your eyes. maybe half a minute. maybe less.
something like that.

i think that's the key, no expectations that is. you can also block these
occurances from happening by concentrating too hard. not necessarily on the
events, but just anything. seems to have a tendancy to do that, for me anyhow.

Dear all,

I too have had many weird things happen to me over the course of my
spiritual awakening.

Ringing ears, sudden bursts of color, a folding back of the veils,
revealing any number of strange and new oddities.  I have felt hands
comforting me, seen fairies and angels, etc. etc.  The list goes on and on.
Each one threatening to be the one which will convince us that we are
infact crazy.  :)

The most recent oddity is this crawling feeling I have on my body
occasionally.  It almost feels like a bug moving swiftly across my calf, or
forearm - wherever.  When I look down to see what it is (used to swat
frantically at it  :)), I can sometimes see my skin shivering in the area
which is experiencing this feeling.

Odd.  Although I get the feeling my angels think it is humorous, as I
sometimes hear them laughing at my feeble attempts to swat at it.  :)

I have recently been thinking of it as heaven just brushing against me - or
maybe the hem of a robe - or something unseen - bigger than the actual tiny
feeling.  I guess I will find out soon what it is, or it will just go away,
or develop into something bigger and more complicated.  Who knows, I keep
an open mind these days.  :)

	My energy used to be this way alot, and naps seemed to help me out alot too
,  But ever since I've started trying to stay focused in the moment, my
energy just is.  Colds seem to remedy themselves, and I can more rely on my
instincts, because all the other thoughts are pushed from my now.

Greetings all,

I have to laugh at the crawling sharings. Several years ago, after I'd go to
bed, I'd feel like there were things crawling on my legs. It would drive me 
nuts, as it didn't happen everynight.( Especially lower legs.)
I'd hop out of bed, throw back the covers, convinced there must be "something"
there. Well, I never found that something until recently...the K.
- 
It was at a time I was experiencing major life changes, so it makes sense to
me now. At the time I was completely baffled.

I'll share some other things: Sometimes at night I'd wake up and it would feel
like someone had ahold of my foot.
Other times I have woke up "paralyzed"...I only had my awareness. After a few
seconds, sometimes a minute or two, and I could move.
I really don't fully understand what all that was about, although I have wonder-
ed at some things.........

One thing I love about this list: I see so many mirrors of myself, it amazes
me to no end. 

Yes, I have the crawling things too. I used to think of it as "an egg
trickling down my thigh" (or arm, or chest, or wherever).

Dan's sunburn is what I call "dry ice", that is, it feels like someone is
touching me with dry ice, it hurts-- even when nothing is touching me.

Re the energy: after my awakening my energy was dealt a severe blow. I slept
10 hours a nights, and caught up on weekends. Finally I took thryoid, which
helped a lot. But I have never been the same, energetically, since... I need
my sleep! At least I am back to 8 hours, 11 years later. I always feel like
I have never been the same since then, it was such a blow to my body.

Re giving energy away: sometimes, the more I gave away the better I felt.
Like I had to vent some. Keeping it bottled up was harmful. I feel that Dan,
in communicating, is truly giving of his spirit and sharing his energy with
us in a positive way.

...For a year or so afterwards I was very allergic to things. I took
homeopathy. Either the homeopathy or the thryroid worked, I got more energy,
and my allergies dissappeared.

Migraines give you sensitivity to light (and of course, since k,  I got
migraines. But no one really knows what migraines are, and I often wonder if
they are just k symptoms.) Extreme light sensitivity, & sound sensitivity (I
carry a pair of earplugs with me always, in case I go into a store or
restaurant and the sound level is unbearable to me.)

Night sweats- natch. Psychic sponge, yup. Oversensitive--like you wouldn't
believe.

Have we mentioned sensations of snake bites, stabbing, plugged into light
sockets, rashes, k-volcanos (heat blisters), electric currents.....?

And let's remember the good side, shared by many: the love, the sensitivity,
the obsession with evolution of consciousness and the planet, (for me:) the
enhanced senuality drive, the empathy and x-ray vision into others, the
limitless creativity, the psychic senses, the hallucinations, the
attractions others feel to me, the deep commitment to be in present time. 

Anyhow, my point is that I have been so grateful to find kindred spirits.
Yes this list takes time, but to me, you are all my friends, and I bathe in
the k energy. I am proud and happy to have you all in my life.

I have learned so much from everyone, and will never be as alone again. And
I have loved showing my family what you all have said, so that they too can
appreciate the magnitude of this energy. I keep feeling, We are all one!
This is happening to all of us! I am in even greater awe of the phenomenon
of the k.

throat and owerwhelming weakness.  Prayers welcome.  Lights for many many
years now, during the day too.  This redness near the nose. The skin, the
feet. Laugh or cry?  At least we found each other.

well, one spiritualist saw me as a "silver dragon". i guess strangeness is
