Yes, I too was some kind of sponge: couldn't go into a busy restaurant or
public place without feeling as if my solar plexus was about to burst open, I
would feel very nervous, etc. I did some protection exercises, but time is
the answer I think. We need to get accustomed to these psychic events. We
need the exercises and patience and readings AND talking with people who are
experiencing the same thing. If I didn't have a friend going through the same
process and this list, I would still be questioning my sanity every day like
before. Also, my house seems to be a magnet for ghosts. Some just walk
through the house, some seem to want to stay, but I just tell them to go
away, to go to God, with love. Sometimes my dog barks at them, but this
little yorkie is not very scary... 8-)
Love to all.

My friend who's having the k awakening developped her musical talent tenfold.
She will get up at night and just compose and play immediately some really
lovely music. As for me, I feel I'm going to burst with creativity, but I
never learned anything really. I still don't know by what means it's going to
be expressed.
My mom had a real talent for drawing, my brother has it, my son has it, but
it has skipped over me. I kind of envy them...
I suppose I'll know when the time comes.
Love to all.

My friend, who's experiencing K, uses radix therapy to help her. She was told
that she could stop all this if she wanted to. Is this true? How can you
ignore something of this magnitude? How can you go back?
Also, she has a great deal of rage coming from her childhood and it overlaps
into her present life. She can't stand things like people saying something
bad about other people and so forth. She gets emotional when she sees or
hear anything negative. Any suggestion out there on how to help her? We're
following different paths, so I don't know much about radix. I know
we're supposed to help each other, but I don't know how I can make her
understand that people can say and do bad things and that it's "normal". If
everybody was perfect, we would call this place Heaven.
Thank you.
Love to all.

There have been a number of messages about how people feel that there
musical abilities and the compositions they have produced manifest
because of the Kundalini being awakened within. To make this claim is
reasonable as through some mechanism, Kundalini may have the effect
of inspiring us to be more creative. Allowing any additional energy
to flow into a creative task is actually helpful to our development
as the opposite to allowing it to flow in this way is to block it,
thus restricting its flow with possibly subsequent affects on the
subtle and physical bodies. Creativity can be expressed in many
ways. It may be expressed through music, through work, or through
art. It may even be expressed through what can be called erotic art.
The question is though, when does erotic art become pornography? Do
we lump everything which shows man and women in their nakedness in
to the category of pornography? Would you say that paintings
from the renaisance period depicting naked, voluptuous women being
amorous to similarly attired men, is art or pornography? A number of
photographers have published collections of works featuring the nakedness
of the female body when pregnant. Is that art or is it pornography?
Similarly have their being exhibitions of work featuring men and women
in naked poses, having sex and even showing them engaging in
masturbation. The term pornography is used to describe text or images
which arouse sexual desire. Although some will lump all or some of the
above into the category of pornography, the intent has been to depict
the beauty of the human form and help people appreciate the body they
have, not arouse ones desire. As these works manifest from the creativity
of the individual, the human form can be said to have manifested from
the creativity of God. When the human form is used in this way as art,
as distinct from how it is often used in magazines such as Penthouse or
Playboy, can we say that it is pornography? Can we deny that as art it is
a valid expression of the creativity of an individual?

I'm still not sure who the greys are, but I am sure that they are a part of
us and we are multidimensional. We are beginning to awaken to that fact.

You mentioned the Free Masons in relation to the 3rd eye on the dollar bill.
Some people believe that there were many enlightened masters around at the
time of our nation's birth. Thomas Jefferson and Ben Franklin among others.
Some even think that St. Germaine was here in the background, known as the
professor, he was consulted on all thingsto do with the constitiution, flag
etc. If this happens to be true, I wonder what they would think about us
now?

The consequences of awakening the Kundalini can have the effect of
accelerating the process. Thus where as normally, we might add any
number of new issues to be dealt with as quickly as we get rid
of the old, the accelarated process resulting from the awakening
of the Kundalini, means that the issues on top may end up being
dealt with more quickly or be simply washed away. The speed of this
means that not so many new issues accumulate, meaning that we are
presented instead with the deeper issues which were buried but now
are uncovered.
It must be highligted though, that Kundalini is but one way of speeding
up this process. In this case, it is mechanism which is available as an
intrinsic part of our being. Other ways one can use to facilitate
moving through this process are meditation, massage, as well as an number
of other therapies or techniques. Thus, for those who may be striving
to awaken the Kundalini, be aware that there are other means to achieve
the same end. By pursuing the course of Kundalini exclusively you could
even stop completely the process of healing as the desire for it in itself
could become a block to you moving forward. As they say, do not put all
your eggs in the one basket. Develop your personal healing process from
a blend of different paths and although you may feel you are not moving
quickly, at least you will be moving. Remember also, we will only move
more quickly if we allow it to happen and not fight against it, so always
be open to the healing process.

Subject: Anger and healing the self
Karol Anne:
One of the reasons this type of gender anger comes out , is because we are
supposed to balance the male/female within us , and "K" facilitates that
process as it also balances the male/female in our various auric bodies.
Ori:
About 18 years ago I went through a lot of depression/repressed anger much of
it to do with current things that were going on in my life. This triggered a
lot of repressed childhood stuff, and I thought it would never end. But
after I Surrendered it all to God my heart chakra opened wide. It seemed as
if all that pain was sitting in that area and preventing the heart from
opening. On reflection, it had to come out if I were ever to progress. My
giving it up toGod, psychologically speaking was my letting go of it all
after I had mourned enough.
14 years later, I had the massive "K" episode. but i see the first
experience as being a crucial part of the process, it was my own individual
experience. The general anger etc. after "K"" is more of a collective
experience ot what we as humans have had to deal with as a group.
Snowbird:
Everyone in my family is an artist except me too. I can;t even draw pinmen!
but other than my music there are many ways to be creative. Writing these
letters, gardening, cooking sewing, embroidery, crafts, problem solving ideas
and so on.Creativity does not have to be artistic per se.
As for your friend since she had a dysfunctional childhood, if i read your
letter correctly, she will ultimately have to do what I had to do. that is
she will have to forgive both parents, or whoever else seemed to help create
the dysfunctional atmosphere. Most important she will also have to forgive
herself, for allowing them to affect her so much. Ultimately, as we do this,
we begin to realise that hard as it was we chose those people to be with so
we could learn the most. It is amazing how many people who come from
dysfunctional childhoods end up being very spiritual in various ways, and
many go through "K". I suspect something about those backgrounds, forces us
to take a close look at ourselves and begin to work so we can improve. that
ultimately leads to spiritual development.
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him.

I have seen examples of this in nature as well. A few years ago I bought
two identical morning glory vines. I planted one in a big 1/2 wine barrel
on my sheltered lower deck. It was automatically watered with the other
plants there. The other morning glory I put in a much smaller pot on the
upper deck which, quite aside from being open to the elements, especially a
very strong sun, is very negelected by me. I always forget to water up
there; cactus sometimes die. The lower deck morning glory did fairly well.
After about a year of struggle I pulled out the one upstairs. I meant to
throw it out in the trash. There was some green on it however and I thought
I'd give it a try in a corner of a wine barrel that also had a healthy lemon
tree it in.
That morning glory is now everywhere on my deck. It grows up and around the
table and chairs, into my neighbor's deck, threads itself through the lemon
tree and everything else. It is quite a sight.
I have seen neglected geraniums thrive and multiply this way as well. I
think they build up growing energy and once they get a chance to use it they
just can't stop.
There is a book entitled "The spiritual advantages of a painful childhood".
I do not know the author.

The book Mary mentioned is:
Legacy of the Heart : The Spiritual Advantages of a Painful Childhood
by Muller, Wayne
A gentle, entirely new approach to uncovering a source of spiritual
strength
hidden in the scars of childhood. Wayne Muller brings together the
teachings of
many different religions and spiritual traditions in a healing program
that will
appeal to readers of The Road Less Traveled and Homecoming. Serialized
in
Natural Health.
I haven't read this, so no word on whether it's any good or not.

Prema, another place stateside for information on The Mother is the Sri
Aurobindo house in Crestone, Colorado. She has an excellent assortment of
books and photographs. I do not have the address or phone number at this
time, but will be talking to friends there shortly and can get it from them.
You might be able to call information for Crestone at 719-555-1212 and ask
for the Sri Aurobindo house. Serrell who runs the place is a wonderful 80+
year old woman who certainly typifies the spirit of The Mother. Christine

this is exactly how i see the k affecting emotions. it has to flow. and
when any kind of blockage, like fear, guilt, rage, etc stands in its way,
it will push it to the surface in order that healing take place and it
will be able to flow more smoothly and more powerfully.

This might be of interest. I think one could substitute >anger< for
