Or is > evolution meant in a more spiritual way? If so, how do we impact the > species with it? If people have been having kundalini awakenings for Hi Mary, I'll share my personal views with you on this topic for a moment. I believe that the evoloution is indeed that of the soul. Now, I also believe that we live more than one earth experience so it's safe to say I also believe in reincarnation. I beleive that we grow spiritually as well as physically. Just like a new born child can not just get up and walk but must first go through a few stages, I believe we do so spiritually too. With each life we live, we go through a few more stages of growth and development. Now, for your question as to how we can have an impact as a species with it. I also believe that we are all tied together on a spiritual level. What happens to one, happens to all in a way. There has been scientific studies done on 'subatomic particles' which shows conclusive evidence that they appear to constantly be making decisions. Not only this, but their decisions seem to be made based on particles in another location. Now, to better explain this thought let me give you a tiny example which came to me one day bright and early. I work in fast food. We open at 6:00 am daily. I've come to rely on our first hour in that it sets the pace for the morning crowd. It has not failed yet! Customers come in and order, and within the first order a pattern or two is established. I've listened to co-workers comment on this and just smiled. Once or twice I've explained my thoughts on it and it made them stop and wonder. Realistically speaking, we know for certain that one person doesn't call the next, so on and so forth and inform them of what they intend to eat for breakfast. Yet, people will come in and be ordering the same thing in abundance! Is this just a coincidence? Or, is it just possible, that like those subatomic particles, that are seeminly connected by a means we can not see, that we too are all connected by a means which we can not see? How else can we explain how everyone seems to want the very same thing to eat at the same time on the same day? It's a pattern I have been observing for quite some time now and it's how I guage what is needed for the day. Now, let's take this one step further. If we are all connected by some invisible means, and we can affect others with what we are hungry for, is it not possible that if we focus more on love, compassion, understanding and positive things that we can also affect others in this way? Isn't it possible that they will begin to think more along this line? If this is true, then just think what the potential is! We can each make a difference whether we truly believe it or not. How often do you think of someone you haven't seen or heard from in a very long time only to 'bump' into them one day or have them call you? How often have you wanted something only to have it turn up as a gift from someone? Is it just coincidence or is there indeed an internal link? Just my personal thoughts. Blessed Be Debee [2]: From: bpeayATNOSPAMaloha.net (Bill Peay) Subject: http://aloha.net/~bpeay/kundalini/changes.html Dear kundalini mailing list members, The following message was just received from the "automatic page change robot" tied to the Kundalini Resource Center. Along with this copy, 693 other people received the same message inviting them back to the Kundalini Resource Center to see "what's new." What's new is Richard's mailing list, and the KRC hosts an extensive array of links to this list for return visitors to follow. What I'm trying to say is that over the next few days, you may see some very new faces here, some random posts entitled " AutoPost from Kundalini Resource Center," and some new sharing of experiences. Get ready to have your energy boosted even further! Our world continues to shrink around us as more and more like minds come together. Thanks to all of you for being so supportive, loving, and caring of the people who post messages with us. Thanks, too, for striving extra hard to remain "on topic" -- that is, discussing kundalini -- so our new visitors don't end up in the middle of conversations they haven't been following on unconditional love, homeopathy, etc. Aloha, Bill ROBOT NOTIFYING MESSAGE: > >Hello, > >The URL-minder has determined that the Web page at URL > http://aloha.net/~bpeay/kundalini/changes.html >changed again. Since this was my goal, I feel that the kundalini came to me in part because My desire was so strong (desire is magnetic energy) that it became my great house cleaner--it stripped (strips) me of false conceptions of myself, it keeps me in such flux that I can not crystallise into dishonesty very often--it keeps me in a process of refinement that it about ever incresing truth and less and less pretense. I like the atmosphere here. I think I'll hang around if you'll have me. My name is Preston. I am 26 years old and have had limited experience with Kundalini on and off since I was 17. I may go into my first real (?) experience sometime if it seems pertinent. Suffice it to say, I am a novice. Anyway... Maybe someone here can help with a problem I've been having. A friend of mine has always been spiritually inclined just as I. We really are the best of friends and have a great rapport (maybe part of the problem). For one thing, he's always boasted about how much "power" he has, and up to about a year ago, I wrote it off as an ego trip. Maybe it was a result of some experiments with the K-forces and various meditations I was doing at the time--I don't know--but I started reacting strangly to him. Just thinking his name caused my feet to tingle. I know this sounds either stupid or sexual or both (this is not a physical relationship, though). That was how it started. Now, a year or so later, I'm to the point where hanging out with him leads anywhere from tingles to light-headedness to headaches. I've experienced this a little bit with others and have been diagnosed by a neurologist as having migraines (yeah, I had the MRI--phew! no tumor). But a lot of this still seems to center around my friend. Sometimes I'll get an annoying (but rarely painful) pressure in my head and neck. I've been to a chiropractor and that helped a little. Lately, I've started to work on my own energies more, as well as keeping my heart open, and sometimes the symptons are not as strong. I'd really like to resolve this on what ever level I have to. I do love him dearly and wish to remain his friend. Sorry for such a long and involved introductory letter. I will listen to and respect any suggestions you may have. Feel free to e-mail me privately if you prefer. Thanks. Preston [8]: From: GgjiATNOSPAMaol.com Subject: Re: re: third eye & shaktipat questions Thanks Jim. Very interesting explanation. Gloria [9]: From: GgjiATNOSPAMaol.com Subject: Re: psychic experiences Viviane, It sounds like an at-onement experience, that is truly a great feeling to have lost contact with the self, and entered into the awareness and consciousness of the others brought to your center. You have likely had that experience many times, but this time you had consciously brought yourself into a meditation and could feel the frequency change when you helped disburse the thought forms. The heavy feeling you picked up on are actual thought forms, and you helped take the energy away from them. Those kids may never know they had a helper. Gloria [10]: From: GgjiATNOSPAMaol.com Subject: Re: Reason for awakening. Von, HI, good questions for sure! However, when it happens through a very normal awakening process it just flows and brings many spiritual gifts along with it. Providing the ego is in the letting go/ death cycle it is a great happening, if the ego is using it an anyway, it is another story. The other thing having one experience would be very unusual, usually one is the forerunner of others to come. Does this make any sense? Gloria [11]: From: GgjiATNOSPAMaol.com Subject: Re: Man with third eye Acupuncture has helped my husband with asthma which is almost immediate, I have gone for headaches, neck pain, allergies, I had a friend go to my doctor friend from China after a stroke. He had no use of his arm what so ever, after about 6 treatments he was using it again. Another friend had carpet tunnel was suppose to have surgery, he had acupuncture and never had the operation. I could go on for ever. Natural medicine, the clinic I told you about has had so many wonderful cures it is hard to believe. They use a combination of eastern and western. The principal of the small amount of the disease as the cure works out on the same way as allergy shots for allergies. But, you don't have to believe it, I have seen to much to even question what ever works for folks. Gloria [12]: From: GgjiATNOSPAMaol.com Subject: Re: Consciousness Zana, That was very nice, I thought you weren't comfortable with writing in on your own. Obviously something you've over come. You were wide open to have this experience, it is really a spiritual manifestation from your soul. Gloria [13]: From: GgjiATNOSPAMaol.com Subject: Re: Reason for awakening. Karol, Elegant is a good word, actually it becomes musical/harmonious. After all it is prana, or life force that has been electrified with a higher frequency which I call the power of the Holy Spirit. It is indeed a spiritual dance. Gloria [14]: From: Melissa Ann Fornof Subject: everything Whoa! I'm gone for one day, I come back, and there are 34 messages in my computer mailbox! I see some people are getting a little bit "put off" by the form of presentation of some listmembers' ideas. I do agree with some of the ideas presented about using your own filters to accept, without offense, those ideas not always presented the best way; and about using love and tolerance. Gloria, you still do tend to present your ideas as absolute truths, which is somewhat offensive to some people. However, I have seen some changes in some of your posts. I can tell that you are trying; that's all anyone can ask. Old habits are hard to break. Also, though, as I mentioned above, I believe the readers of "offensively portrayed messages" can do some things themselves to avoid that offense reaction. As some others have suggested, we can try to be loving and tolerant, and to say to ourselves, "this person believes this is true--I will use my own judgement and intuition to see if it is true for me." I sure don't want to see a reduction of communication and suggstions. I also loved the idea of intuition presented by someone on the list (I'm sorry, there are too many people on this list for me to always remember who said what!). The person said that your intuition will tell you what meditations/methods will work for you. I have been so confused. There are so many methods out there, and so many suggestions, I did not know where to start or what to try. Since reading this message, it clicked something in me--now I realize what I always knew and did not realize. Upon reading a suggestion or method, I have an initial feeling, thought, reaction, or something that tells me, "this won't work for me" or "yeah! I should try that! I bet that would work for me!" Thanks for that message. It has helped me weed out of the clutter what truly does work for me. About homeopathy: I don't understand this talk about water in relation to homeopathy. I thought homeopathy was a general term used to describe non-traditional medical treatments, from herbs to accupuncture. Respecting Bill's request, anyone wishing to further discuss this with me, please e-mail me directly. To "Greets," I am glad to have someone close to my own age on this list! I am 22. Everyone else who has disclosed their age is at least 10 years older than me. I feel like everyone is so much more experienced than me. If not in Kundalini, than in life in general. While their is much to be said for experience and certainly much the inexperienced can learn from such people, I feel their is also something to be gained from the younger, lesser-experienced point of view. I am glad not to be the only one with so much inexperience! To Carlo and Zana, I too first experienced Kundalini spontaneously and was frightened by it. Also, I too discovered that trying to control it made it worse; "going with the flow" made it easier. I just felt that meditations WERE a form of control; just a GOOD method of control rather than a bad one. I like your perspective that to the contrary, it is an aid to NOT control Kundalini. However, I still don't think there is anything wrong with deliberately trying to attain Kundalini if it does not happen to you spontaneously. There are many books written just for this purpose, and {as I pointed out the last time), in the past that was just about the ONLY way to get it for centuries. Comments anyone? It would seem, from my readings and this post, that visions of deities are not uncommon. Also, the deities one sees seem to always be in line with one's religion--Bhuddists see Bhudda and their religios teachers, Christians and Catholics see Jesus and/or the Virgin Mary, etc. I believe this is due to the third eye--the chakra that causes one to visualize their beliefs, feelings, ideas, etc. This, too, I gather from the books I have read. What do you all think? Myself, I am Christian, though I have been having trouble with my faith since Kundalini. Even so, the strangest thing happened to me today. I witnessed a young man's baptism in church. Though my faith has been weak as of late and I was not overjoyed to hear this guy was going to be baptised, I had a Kundalini rush while witnessing it. My head started vibrating, making me feel dizzy; I felt a little of that indescribable "altered" feeling; I felt a rush of love; and a lot of heat started pouring out of the top of my back and my shoulders. I think perhaps I would have reacted this way upon witnessing ANY such religious ceremony. Perhaps because it mirrors somehow the spiritual uprising everyone encounters during Kundalini, no matter what they believe or what God they worship. Perhaps this experience has something in common with the writer who spoke of having rushes of Kundalini at "holy roller" churches. I welcome everyone's input. As always, I have more to say, but I want feedback on this stuff; too much at once means some things will get neglected. So, until next time... My 19 year-old-daughter is seeing so much more that she wants to see... Why are all those things happening to her? She sees auras and dead people all over the place and she can look them in the eye.
