Lovely--I was so pleased to see the word and the paragraphs. I have gotten
into endless arguements with folks when I say that institutionalised
Christianity is all about the denial of the flesh. I am always astounded at
how many people don't see this.

I don't know if anyone is interested, but there is a creative
visualiztion/meditation which I've helped a few people learn which has
given them instant relief of such things as headaches and other forms of
illness. If you are familiar with meditation, I'll be happy to share it
with you. Here may not be the proper place, but if you send me a message
I'll be happy to explain it to you in full detail.

I myself didn't find it offensive either. I think maybe everyone is
still just a tad bit on edge from recent posts. Let's all just relax and
get back down to business. Learning, growing and healing. :)

Subject: AutoPost from Kundalini Resource Center
Dear Listees,
My awakening occured about 6 weeks ago. I've read a couple of books
which have helped me understand what is happening, but it would really
be nice to be able to talk with others, share information, and get
support when needed. I live in Portland, Oregon and am interested
in finding others (of us) who may live nearby.
I'm normally very open and willing to share, but lately I've had a sense
of caution... so I will wait till another time to share my story. Also,
since the chaos of kundalini began, my enthusiasm and hunger for spirit-
ual growth has dampened somewhat. Here I sit at work with my body
singing at a very high pitch and I can hardly bring myself to follow
through with my responsibilities. I find some comfort knowing that
this is something I did not specifically ask for. It was given to me
by those who must have felt that I was ready. Still, my faith, moods,
and emotions ping-pong all over and I sometimes think about how things
used to be. I've had no bliss, but mostly periods of gut-wrenching
sobbing. I think that I've made it through the period where it felt
like I was dying and going insane. My heart goes out to those who
stumble upon this with little preparation.
Sincerely,
John

Subject: migraines etc.
I thank everyone for thier comments on the migraines and what to do. I have
tried many, many things, and they still seem to be getting worse. In
general, it seems like the kundalini energy is getting more intense, going
back into the type of thing that occurred 11 years ago. I was encouraged
reading about Jai who has undergone 3 full blown episodes. Here I am at one
plus ongoing currents. Looking at maybe going into a second?
I am going to have to see a neurologist in order to keep receiving the
medication, etc. I am wondering, what on earth do I tell him or her? I am a
little nervous about having my health record look weird, or being considered
a weirdo.
My headaches have been very very closely tied to hormones and my cycle. I
have read that hormonal shifts can wreak havoc on k-people so I always felt
that my symptoms are consistent with what the standard wisdom is. However
once they start they can rage ferociously for up to 2 weeks after their onset.
Anyway I have read all suggestions with gratitude and agree with Debbee that
a post would be wonderful. I have tried a whole lot of things: feverfew,
network chiropractic, progesterone cream, ... Would like to try
cranio-sacral therapy, homeopathy, and accupuncture, if I had alternate
lives and sources of income. If I find anything that works, you can be sure
that I will share it, too. So far the best I have come up with is gratitude.
When I can just accept my fate in life it seems to be a better day.
For the new person John who is sobbing, I have been there, too. It is part
of the process for many people. I felt like I was dying for 3 or 4 weeks
and mourned my life. (Unknown to me at the time was anything about
Kundalini.) As it turned out my mourning was appropriate, because I did
have a near-death experience! I was much happier after I went into the light
and the place of unconditional love, becuase then at least there were some
fringe benefits to what I was going through. (and stil am going through.)
Still grateful for the good that came. And, gratitude is still the best way
I have to deal with the ongoing saga.
Best to all, Patti

At some point in the process, I had 2 visions. The first was of big eye with
some symbols changing rapidly in it's pupil, like it was downloading some
data and then on it's right side appeared a bright indigo ball, like the one
I see when meditating. The second time, it was something I interpreted as
being a bird bringing me again this blue ball. All this was also in blue, I
mean the bird and the eye. To me, they were wonderful, but I'm not sure of
their meaning. Is it the third eye? Theses experiences happened while I was
quietly reading and got the urge to turn my head and look up. My husband was
right there, but didn't see anything.
I instinctively know I was given a great gift, but I would appreciate your
insight. Thank you.

Didn't pick up my mail for a couple of days and then I got something like 120
messages. A little overwhelming! I've read most of them, but I saved them and
will read them at length over the week-end. But I wanted to thank El Collie for
the Shared Transformation page and newsletter, which has permitted me to
progress and be reassured I wasn't losing it. This info has been a tremendous
help regarding my ongoing transformation. And now, I must thank Richard Satin
for this great idea of an ongoing discussion on this process. I'll be sure to
post my own experience in a few days. The exchanging of tips on how to cope
with some symptoms is also very helpful. Just reading the messages triggered
a BIG surge of energies. Bless us all!
Viviane.
I have a friend who is also going through the process. She's not good with
computers and she couldn't tell me her E-address, but I'll make sure she
gets on your mailing list later.

Hello Patti and everyone:
I wasn't planning to post to the list until next week, but
the topics are so inspiring, I had to jump in.
I had an NDE too in 1989 and I went into the Light. Patti
is right -- unconditional Love is available for everyone.
I must have missed the post about John and Patti's reference
of "sobbing". I have experienced this phenomenon for the last
year where I am unable to stop crying at times. I have learned
that my resonance or vibration is about to change when that
happens and it is necessary that I release old hurt and pain
in order for me to evolve to a higher level.
For migraines, I take a homeopathy preparation which costs less
than $10 at the health food store and works every single time
without side effects.

Snowbird:
I have spontaneous visions as well.
I have not seen The EYe that you described, but have
read reports where others have had the identical
vision, but usually it involves a UFO sighting.
My visions are indeed a manifestation of the Third Eye. It seems that
yours are, too. I see the colors green and violet/white in my inner
vision and sometimes the Blue Pearl-like symbol appears spontaneously.
At other times, a TV-like screen presents itself and a black and
white scene plays out. Usually the scene is of a movie that I will
be watching within 2 days or so. I haven't had a TV-screen vision
in a while; now the scenes just seem to emerge from the grayness
behind my closed lids. Most often the visions are accompanied by
a strong jolt and a loud "pop" sound that I hear and feel internally.
THe worst symptom I have had thus far is the dreaded itching. It
took me years to understand that it was a build-up of static energy.
But before I understood what it was, I was up all night in misery.
Thank goodness, that part is over.

I don't think unconditional love exists at all.

I do believe that there are no side effects: in fact, any
homeopathic preparation is just fresh water. You are healing
yourself just with the power of your own body and mind.

I don't agree with you at all, Carlo.
Homeopathy is much more than water as any
laboratory can verify.
If you don't not believe in unconditional
Love, then it certainly will not exist for you.

To all and Patti--Though I have never had migraines I certainly have
unbelievable mood and energy swings and a very wacky hormonal system now (the
last ten months I have had a period every two and a half /three weeks!). I
have played around for many years with many alternative healing
ways--breathing, herbs and bodywork being my long stays. Two of the more
successful and inexspensive treatments that help with my hormonal chaos are
homeopathy and the Bach flower remedies. I suppose perhaps because they both
work by subtly shifting the electromagnetics of the body. K is certainly
about hardcore electrical movement, and since these systems of knowledge are
based on bio-electronics, they seem to work fastest for me, as far as a
cheap, self done way of dealing with the flux. I would suggest you get a
cheap book on the flower essences and maybe one on homeopathy. Forgive me for
sounding preachy, especially if you have already tried these with limited or
no success. A visit to a qualified homeopath is great, but if you can't
afford it now, try looking up your specific sets of symptoms and
experiementing a bit--belladonna, bryonia, gelsemium, pulsatilla--are all
migraine formulas. On the average, homeopathic preps., available at
healthfood stores, run 3-6 dollars a piece. You need very little. Actually
the flower remedies are so strong I have to really watch out and take them
for just a week or so, staying very mindful of the condition I am taking them
for. They have a good one for fear of losing your mind--cherry plum--that has
helped me. They run about 8 bucks a bottle and you can pick two or three and
take them together if you want. As I am writing this I am getting a total
crawling sensation up my neck--how funny, I don't normally have what you
might term classic k body sensation, though if you watch me dance you can
certainly see it in action, big time, and occasionally at other randier
moments you can see my head go. I also get mild energy rushes in the body,
like water in a stream around the seat of my spine and I definetly get a
snese of the release of something (it feels like a hormone or a secretion of
some sort) from my spine tip if I pay attention and get really into it I can
make it drip, but I don't really do this too much. Mostly I deal with bone
crushiong fatigu, which I am still stuck on the idea is because of force
being jammed up due to my curved spine, and my nerves are very sketchy and
irritable. I can sympathize with all the frustrations--fortunately I am
self-employed right now--I have been spending probably ten or twelve hours a
day sleeping lately and that is interspersed with periods of blankly staring
out into sapce, unable to do anything including consciously think. I have had
no choice but to become ok with this weird inertia pit I have stumbled into,
because it's pull is so strong, I can't do much of anything about it or
anything else. Ongoing surrender and trust in the universe to help make my
world turn out all right (even when it looks on the outside to me and anyone
else like a complete and total shambles) seems to be my lifetime's lesson.
P.S. To whoever was talking about screaming--I once howled like a wolf in the
middle of an episode (part of me was funneling the rage of animals it felt
like) for about six hours straight at the top of my lungs. I promptly spat
out the entire contents of my lungs afterwards, a weird green/brown slime (
how marvelously the body uses this force to clean itself out), prompting the
barbaric dark ages goalers who were guarding me to think I was possesed by
the devil.

You know, I think that universal source and the energy of creation mad both
me and the water and the homeopathic "remedy". Foe me, playing around in the
playground of theunivers means, ath the most fun and intersting leve, playing
with all sorts of matter outside of myself, enjoying, experiencing the
exchange. On heavy philosophical/metaphysical levels we are all things
anyway, perhaps, or perhaps not. Either way the play of life blossoms in my
world when I interact with things outside me, outside my mind. I love water,
I love me, why shouldn't I enjoy taking water into me and even ascribing it
healing properties if I want to? If it is only your belief or perception that
makes your world so, (cure is all in your head), then why not journey outside
of yourself and scribe some helping properties to things outside yourself,
for those busy moments when perhaps you can't make everything in your head
work in a helpful manner?

Patti,
HI, I would carefully tune into your doctor, very seldom to they believe in
any thing that is not seen and proven. Although, I have two close doctor
friends here in Reno that are studying kundalini. They are very rare I think
in terms of the mainstream community. They also get the negative projections
from being out of the main, which is quite a thing for them also. But, I have
always told my doctor's that what was going on felt like an energy thing,
they found that interesting and acceptable but strange, but the more they
have gotten to know me, they can understand some of what I am saying.
I have come across a new product from Japan that I'm looking into its pretty
amazing. Let me see exactly what it does and then I will share it with you.
It is well known in Europe its made from magnet's. Meanwhile, work at keeping
your inner and outer body clean. The Emotional body can cause a lot of
problem if your not balancing out your emotions. Remember thoughts are
things, and they use emotions to create the constant anti-matter state of
confusion. Write me directly and I will go into it with you deeper if you are
interested. Gloria GgjiATNOSPAMaol.com

HI,
The indigo blue ball is the throat chakra, it likely means you are going to
be in touch more with an ability to communicate within and to the outside
with more consciousness. The throat chakra is a clearing center, you are
still having to work at staying centered in the heart center, but when you do
manage to get inside of it, the world becomes much clearer. If you fall back
down into the Solar Plexus confusion, and anxiety will come in very fast. The
whole challenge is to become grounded in the heart center, your home, your
santuary, and then the throat center will open and take you to new heights of
understanding. Wrtie me directly if you wish to talk more about this. Gloria

HI, haven't talked to you for a while. How are you? Glad to have you on this
discussion group. I would interpret your vision a little different. The green
is the heart center, the violet is coming through the crown and third eye,
and the blue is the throat chakra. This means that this centers are becoming
stimulated but probably you need to meditate a lot more on grounding down to
beable to bring the understanding through to your consciousness. Let me know
what comes to you. Gloria GgjiATNOSPAMaol.com
