Well, how do we know whether anything that's happening to us isn't just
random coincidence? We don't. But nonethless we can observe ourselves, the
symptoms we are experiencing and certain changes and occurences affecting
body and mind. The difference that K makes is quite noticable to me. Before
and after K, so to speak.

How do you prove it is not?

Indeed, in the case of smoking, it has taken a long,

So why bring in statistics at all then? Most things can be as likely as they
can be unlikely, even with a 95 % probability.
