Sorry to hear this.
Hope you can get things fixed, well what can't
get fixed when you have a jivamukti as a teacher / counsellor. ;))
Here in the cold wastes of the North,
winter solstice is a time for celebration,
life, light and warmth will return once again.
:))

:)) That's what I use them for too.
I used to be and still am very curious about
the experiences that are described and
like to read them.
(I should take the Sanskrit name of
"curiosity" and add "ananda" at the end of it...
;) )
But as you say, knowing others have been
there before is a great comfort, even if
it is ppl who lived hundreds of years ago.
I have one question for you.
I remember you mentioned in an old post that
your heart and breath stopped during
meditation (?) / the K process.
I have experienced this too and the heart
stopping business was quite unpleasant,
even though it is not painful.
Do you have any idea why this stopping
of breath and heartbeat happens ?
What's the point of it ?
Or is it perhaps just
a reflex that follows the mindless
state ?
I read about this phenomenon P. Yogananda's book,
but got so interested in the Yogis being
able to do it, it never occurred to me to ask
why.
Best regards,
Amanda (curiositynanda)
